Great property and location. Very clean and well maintained. Parking was a little tight and had to unhook from boat to fit both in the space but overall had a great time.

The bath mat in the master bedroom has many grass burrs in it...very uncomfortable to walk on.

Nice little house

The house is really nice for what it is. It is set up and equipped nicely. The reason that I give it 4 stars and considered 3 is because of comfort. The back bedroom is hot. If you close the door it’s really hot. There is a warning on the thermostat. The ac should be fixed instead of issuing a warning.
