Make yourself at home in this spacious oasis! Welcome to The Laguna House!

The Laguna House is a well maintained home that is stocked and updated as often as possible to meet the needs of our amazing guests. The beautiful Laguna House is a comfortable 5 bedroom / 3 bath home in the South Port subdivision of Port Mansfield, Texas. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a modern, fully furnished kitchen with a dining table for 8 and a spacious living area with a 75” smart TV. One of the bedrooms in the main house has a queen bed and a XL twin bed. The other bedroom in the main house has a full bed with a brand new mattress as well as an XL twin bed. The Master bedroom has a couch in the sitting area as well as a queen size bed and an XL twin bed, Every bedroom has flat screen TVs with cable channels. The downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms with a full bath, including 1 queen bed, 2 full beds and 2 above bunk twin beds. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV.
Relax on the front porch with bay views or enjoy the outdoor area with a propane cooking grill. There is ample parking for vehicles and boat parking.
Port Mansfield is well known for the amazing fishing & hunting on the Laguna Madre Bay. There is NEVER a bad day on the water here! Speckled trout and beautiful redfish is what most are hoping to catch while visiting here. We are also known for great duck hunting as well as white tail deer and nilgai. This small town has a secluded atmosphere with good restaurants and marinas.

This house is absolutely beautiful and truly has everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is very spacious, clean, and perfectly accommodating for families or groups. The view of the water is breathtaking and made every morning and evening extra special.The neighborhood is peaceful, quiet, and safe, yet conveniently located just minutes from the public pier. It was the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility.The host was exceptional, extremely responsive, kind, and accommodating. Any questions or needs we had were met immediately, which made our stay completely stress-free.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. If you don’t rent here, you’re truly missing out!

We were pleased to stay again at this location. The only disappointment we had was the freezer downstairs is no longer there in the small refrigerator in the apartment is no longer there. That made us scramble for ice and coolers to store some of our goods.

First Class Lodging & Location in Port Mansfield!

I booked this property for my husband and 3 of his fishing buddies for a fishing trip in Port Mansfield! All 4 gentlemen shared nothing but positive comments with me, and said they would definitely choose to stay at the Laguna House again in the future. The host was an absolute joy to work with. In addition to excellent fishing, the wildlife viewing is amazing as well! Next time I’m making the trip with my hubby she I can relax and enjoy the first class accommodations and view while he is fishing!

Perfect for us!

Nice large clean house! Plenty of beds for families! Separate 2 brdm/1bath is great for a family with young kids! Deck is great for morning coffee! Location for us was great!

Perfect House

The house was great. Plenty of comfortable beds for everyone to sleep separately, plenty of parking for multiple boats. Water hoses located at multiple locations to wash boats down. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for cooking. The outdoor area was great for cooking and hanging out after a day on the water. Located plenty close to multiple boat ramps. Deer basically eating out of your hand. We will for sure be back.
