“I have stayed here a couple of times in the past, but things have gone downhill. The shuttle person wasn’t at arrivals and I had to go hunting for the van (the Hilton guy was a great help). Housekeeping failed to come. Door battery went flat and I was locked out fin30 minutes with three trips to reception. “The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean.
