    Approdo del Re, a 5 camere da letto, casa di nuova costruzione (2013) che attende gli affittuari di godere e tornare anno dopo anno. Questa casa ha una fresca, nuova sensazione ad essa ed i proprietari hanno cercato di tenere conto di tutto ciò che un affittuario potrebbe aver bisogno di godersi il loro soggiorno.


    L'area del garage aperta offre spazio ampiamente per molte automobili di parcheggiare. Vi è anche una zona di stoccaggio per gli affittuari per memorizzare le loro sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, refrigeratori zona piscina è accessibile dalla zona garage pure. La piscina è recintata con sedie e tavoli per rilassarsi. C'è anche una griglia del gas fornito nella zona della piscina della casa.


    Al primo piano della casa si trovano: una camera matrimoniale con un bagno completo e accesso privato al ponte vista golfo. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno (solo doccia) e accesso al ponte vista golfo. Una camera a castello con 2 set di letti a castello e un'altra camera da letto della regina. Vi è un altro bagno completo e accesso al ponte vista sulla baia.


    Il secondo piano di Approdo del Re ha le aree di cucina / soggiorno / pranzo. Ci sono dei panorami meravigliosi !! C'è anche un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno completo accanto alla cucina. Camera con vista di San Baia di Giuseppe.


    Questa casa è dotata di connessione Wi / Fi e lunga distanza. Ci sono televisori in ogni camera da letto e un sacco di spazio per tutti per mangiare. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 8, c'è una zona bar che può ospitare 4 e un tavolo fuori sul ponte che può ospitare 4. Ci sono anche 2 meravigliose sedie a dondolo sul ponte superiore per rilassarsi e guardare i tramonti. Ci auguriamo che venire a visitare questa casa. Il nostro obiettivo è che vi sentirete come un re o la regina atterraggio!

Kings Landing - Great house for a large family to stay and play!

This home is a great value for the price. It is starting to show its age in the beds, tvs, grills, coffee maker, etc. but for the price it was worth the inconveniences. The size was perfect for our crew and the great room was very spacious with plenty of seating in the living area and dining area. The kitchen had all of the baking dishes we needed to prepare meals for our family of 8. Communication with the property manager was not great but I’m sure this is their busy time so we just moved on and solved issues on our own. If we decide to return to Cape San Blas next year we would stay here again.

Brandon was eager to help address our concerns and repairs and did an excellent job. The pool was crystal clear and a great end to our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked and beach access was easy and close.

Nice Property, in need of updates / improvements

The elevator was extremely nice, we had in laws who would have had a difficult time going up the 3 flights of stairs. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 7, and our dog.The management company was great. They were very responsive. There was a problem with the a/c that occurred. The temp reached 80 degrees. They were able to fix it the following day, however, we did have to endure the heat for an evening & overnight.Even though the photos showed televisions in every room, the only tv with streaming capabilities was in the main living area. No other televisions were able to be utilized. All televisions were outdated. The home is beautiful, however, it is clear the owners are not making needed capital improvements on their property.The pool was great to have, however, the area surrounding the pool needs updates. Weeds around the pool, tiles had fallen off and were stacked in the back area.We enjoyed several restaurants in Port St Joe. We also traveled to Apalachicola and St George Island. We absolutely loved this area of Florida. And we loved that it was not overcrowded.Overall, we enjoyed coming to Cape San Blas. We would probably search for a more updated property if we were to return.

Perfect Size and great Location

King's Landing

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My entire immediate family stayed at King's Landing. It was great. The setup worked well for us and getting to the beach was very easy. The grandkids were able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. I dealt with Brittany from Coastal Joe and she was very professional and helpful. We only had a couple of problems with things (i.e. tv, loose rails on pool) and they were addressed quickly and professionally.

It definitely needs some updating for the price we paid for the week. It seems as though they have let some details go to the wayside within the home. The house was clean and ready for us though!When we did have to call maintenance they were wonderful with responding, especially Carl whom came after hours when the AC quit working on the bedrooms floor.

Vacation on the Cape

Great having the elevator to send all the supplies up. My husband has a hard time with stairs so he really appreciated the elevator too. The air conditioning on the top level ran all the time but couldn’t cool the house with all the sun that came in. 2nd level stayed nice and cool. All in all it was a great house and I would stay there again.

Fantastic Quiet Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at King's Landing, and it suited the needs of our family with 4 adults and 7 kids perfectly. We were seeking a beach that would be quiet, and the location was perfect. The beach access was directly across the street, making getting down to the beach a breeze. The street is quiet and there are several undeveloped lots, meaning the beach was never crowded and there weren't other beach goers within 30 feet of us. The house stairs were intimidating at first, but we found we didn't use the elevator all week. The sunsets were fantastic from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked including an instapot and a crockpot. We enjoyed walking to the Trading Post and to St. Joe Shrimp Co for delicious steamed seafood. We would definitely like to return.

Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at King's Landing.Love the distance to beach; very accessible.There had been some damage from hurricane Michael but the majority had been taken care of. We had 3 generations staying there and there was ample room and the elevator was great for accessibility. Coastal Joe's was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the unit had not been cleaned very well.

Disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although not directly on beach, this home had easy access and we could see the ocean. The living and dining area and the bathroom were nice and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked although some cookware was dirty. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Now for the not so good part. We had roaches, which we reported and an exterminator came. One of the gates to the pool was broken and I called and it was repaired that day. What was very disappointing was that we had an awful odor in the refrigerator, which I also reported. I was told that all that could be done for this was to give us baking soda. We got two boxes, but the odor was still there, all week long. We brought our boat and the incline of the driveway to the house caused the boat to drag, which also happened with a van.

Since one member of our family relies on her wheelchair to be mobile, the elevator made our family beach trip possible at King's Landing. The house was very clean, but there were bugs in the kitchen drawers. If they could resolve that, this home would be exceptional.

Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd year at King's Landing and we have booked again for next summer. We had a maintenance issue with a door that never got resolved and figuring out how to work all TV's is always an issue, but all in all a very pleasant stay.
