You can walk, bike, or ride a 6-seater golf cart to the beach and enjoy swimming in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Parking is available at or near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Please note that parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway and garage—no street parking. You can also bike, golf cart, or drive to the Windmark Community Village, where you'll find additional pools, shops, restaurants, beach rental equipment stores, a gym (daily passes available), seasonal live music events, and more beach access. Please note: No boat or trailer parking is allowed in the neighborhood.

Just steps to the pool and an 8-minute stroll to the beach, plus a golf cart, fire pit, and beach gear for your convenience! You'll also have access to the nearby Village Center, featuring a heated pool (October - March), playground, restaurants, shops, and a gym (daily passes available).

BEACH & OUTDOOR SUPPLIES: Beach towels, beach chairs for kids and adults, sand toys, 4 bikes, inflatable arm bands for kids, and fun swim rings – everything you need for a great day at the beach!

Enjoy an outdoor shower, a front porch, and a covered screened-in back patio with comfortable furniture and a fire pit – perfect for relaxing, enjoying the outdoors, and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets with your loved ones.

INSIDE LIVING: Relax in a spacious, wide-open floor plan featuring a 75" smart TV in the living room and a 55" smart TV in the master suite. Enjoy arcade games in the garage, along with children's toys and plenty of board games in the bunk room for family fun!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, microwave, pots and pans, baking dishes, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, storage containers, cutting boards, knife set, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, plates, bowls, cups, flatware, serving bowls, and even coffee beans and tea – everything you need to feel right at home!

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: We are located at Windmark Beach North. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, central A/C & heat, ceiling fans in the master suite and living room, as well as towels, linens, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a stocked coffee/tea bar for your convenience. Please note: Parking in our neighborhood is only allowed in the driveway (no street parking per HOA guidelines). For guests with extended stays or those who would like additional cleaning services, contact us for more information!

You can walk, bike, take a golf cart, or drive to the beach. Parking is available at or near the boardwalk entrances and community pool. Both private and public beach access are available for your convenience.

Golf cart rental agreement must be signed for use of golf cart. If the golf cart is used without signed liability form guest may incur an additional $500 fee and non-refundable cancellation of remainder of reservation.

We take extra measures to sanitize ALL beddings (including pillows) with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest.

Port Saint Joe is located in the Eastern time zone; however, we are only a few miles from the central time zone border. Cell phones sometimes switch back and forth between the time zones so we like to bring this to our guests attention.

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio on the exterior part of the house, this will be turned on at all times but don't worry, it does not look into the interior spaces.

Just a friendly reminder that community pool closures are outside of our control, and unfortunately, they do not qualify for a refund. Occasionally the pool is closed for maintenance or emergency cleaning and cannot be helped. We appreciate your understanding!
