    I panorami di questa casa sono mozzafiato! Da ogni stanza si ha una vista spettacolare sulla baia e l'oceano. La distesa di finestre nella zona giorno offre un posto in prima fila alle onde che si infrangono e ai delfini giocosi. O dai un'occhiata attraverso la stanza alla serenità della Baia.


    Ponti esterni abbelliscono la lunghezza della casa su due livelli sfruttando appieno la facciata oceanica di 100 piedi. Il lato avvolgente offre alle persone mattutine un'incredibile vista dell'alba sulla baia. Alla fine della giornata, rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio e guarda i tramonti brillanti sull'oceano. La duna-passeggiata privata ti porta direttamente alla spiaggia di sabbia di zucchero dove ti aspetta una giornata di divertimento al sole. Quando torni, divertiti a sciacquarti nella doccia all'aperto.


    Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni è stata completamente ristrutturata nel 2013, offrendo tutti gli ultimi elettrodomestici, comodità e stile. Dal momento in cui arriverete, respirerete la tranquillità dei vostri ambienti decorati professionalmente. La cucina offre tutti i servizi necessari allo chef per preparare un pasto cucinato in casa. Goditi i pasti attorno al tavolo della fattoria che è abbastanza grande da ospitare tutti i tuoi familiari e amici, mentre ti godi la vista sull'oceano. Dopo cena, rilassatevi nella zona giorno, completa di TV a schermo piatto da 55 pollici e lettore Blu-Ray.


    La serenità ti segue in ogni camera da letto, offrendo tutti le stesse splendide viste sulla spiaggia e sulla baia. Una camera da letto si trova al livello principale e al piano superiore troverete altre tre camere da letto, ognuna decorata in modo univoco. Bagni termali sono splendidamente piastrellati e hanno vanità di design. Tutte le camere hanno il loro ingresso privato sul ponte, dove è possibile rilassarsi nelle sedie Adirondack, leggere un buon libro o semplicemente prendere il sole.

What a view!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we loved our stay at Going Coastal. The beds were comfy, the porch is lovely, and the beach was great. The living room furniture could use updating as fabric chairs were dirty looking. Practically everything needs a good clean. The floors and countertops were dirty(crumbs and sand), there was popcorn on/in the sofa and on the rug, there was a dirty sheet pan in the oven, and we washed or pulled up all the filthy throw rugs.

Great House but has plumbing issues!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and location was perfect. We had 5 guests staying in the house. The water pressure was extremely low and we continually ran out of hot water. We reached out to the management company who were quick to get a plumber out. The plumber told us that it was a serious problem with only 0.2 gallons of water per minute coming into the house. Nothing was resolved. No follow up calls or texts were made to us. I continued to text the company with our concerns but never heard anything back. Do your homework. The beaches are severely eroded. Several houses next to our house are either condemned or severely dilapidated and a complete eye sore. Again the house was beautiful and the immediate location was great as long as you didn’t take walks where you are constantly reminded of the erosion along the beach.

The property management team was very informative, excellent in answering all questions, easy to complete the contract, kept us up to date as the rental time came near, accommodating of our late arrival. Very friendly. We LOVED the location! So private and close to the ocean. Enjoyed all of the sea life and kayaking. We LOVED this house! Appreciated the open layout to enjoy time with the entire family. Loved the covered decks for plenty of space to get out of the hot afternoon sun. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of paper products and soaps in case you forget something. Helpful to have the large sized washer and dryer. Fell in love with the Cape, Port St. Joe, and Indian Pass. Everyone was very friendly. Definitely want to return. Enjoyed the nature trail in the Park and Coneheads and Dipping Dots!!!This island has everything you need for a laid-back, quite vacation!

You will feel like you are on board of a cruise ship, the water and the waves are that close. My mother can't stand the sun, but was delighted to watch her grandkids play on the beach from the comfort of the porch. The house is so beautiful and works great for our 9-people combined family (2 seniors on the main floor, two teenage sons, a 7 yo daughter, and our bedroom all on the 2nd floor. The space underneath the house is so comfortable we played corn hole in comfortable shade, enjoying the ocean breeze. Great vacation!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This description is to address the customer service provided by the rental company in response to issues on site. Otherwise, the process to rent went well. If you have internet, TV, or phone issues, the rental company takes a very passive customer service approach. Do not expect rental company representatives/staff to follow through with promises to contact you or keep you in the loop. Service issues can not be handled quickly and compensation due to issues lasting more than 48-hours as per the rental company‘s information packet are difficult to address and receive quick responses on compensation. You as rentee need to invest time to run after and follow-up with company representatives and in some cases still have not received information after 10 days an issue is reported.

It was fine, not spectacular

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we realized the place had not been cleaned thoroughly. We found food and food wrappers around the house. When we got ready for bed, my mother pulled down her sheet to find potato chips in her bed, so we had to wash her sheets at 10:30 pm. The other beds had clean sheets thankfully. Other than that the stay went well, except there wasn’t much beach for my children to play on. At the beginning of the beach there was only about 5 feet of sand between the dune and the ocean. This widened as the weeke went on.

Going Coastal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was repaired very nicely. Beautiful place with great beach. Very well equipped kitchen. Sure missed the hot tub from last time. Enough so to look for different location next time. Great time. Here are the only complaints from our group. Both master beds had low slump spots( time to replace maybe?). Black dog hair in door tracks and on pillows and beds. Again hot tub gone. Washer and dryer in an awkward location to get to. Very few negative remarks compared to the beautiful, fun house on a great beach. Great time and have and will continue to spread the good word about "Going Coastal". Thank you for allowing us to enjoy this place.

With a little bit of TLC the place could get back to where it needs to be for the money.The problems we encountered: filthy windows, ice maker didn't work, hot tub was down for over 24 hours; then 8 jets didn't work, lite bulbs out, electrical outlets broken, bar stool broken, towels old and dingy, comforter old and dirty, blanket had to be washed before we could use it, carpet upstairs nasty, toilet handle broken, drawer in refrig broken.We LOVED this house but these things must be fixed before you charge these prices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love, love, loved this place! The house was amazing, right on the beach and was a perfect size for our family (5 adults, 2 teenagers). The staff at Coastal Joe Vacation Rentals was so easy to work with, however we never had an issue with the house so we didn't need to interact with them except for checking in which was a super easy process. The house was very nice and well maintained. We loved that we could have our dogs vacation with us. We took our kennel but there was already one there as well as numerous baby gates which was nice. Being right on the beach we saw some amazing sunsets. Our girls loved the two trading stores that were within bike rides of the house. We hope to go back next summer!

Reviewer Comments: I had so much excitement building up for this vacation, only to be let down terribly. Doors that would not close through out the house. A hot tub that shocked my son and his wife, while my young grandsons were in it, towel rods falling off of the wall. steps that were 2 feet from the actual sand of the beach (talk about a leap of faith, not good for young kids or 72 year old men), too many nicknacks around, not good for little kids. deck chairs rusting apart, a stinky sewage smell coming from the kitchen area. It was just very disappointing. My 4th year visiting the cape, and by far the worst experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Goin’ Coastal. The kitchen has all you need. The rooms are all outfitted with their own TVs which was nice. WiFi service was fast enough and reliable enough for our two kids to do virtual learning while my wife and I would work, and in the afternoons and evenings we loved the time on the beach. Even in the middle of spring break season this beach was quite and not crowded at all! The views are amazing! The waves were small and quite the first few days then the last few they were pretty sizable and made for some fun times playing in the water.Note that the grill didn’t work properly - only one of the six burners would turn on and it was pretty rusty (happens by saltwater for sure, but we skipped on using it and stuck to the stove).

Perfect location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful and literally steps from the gorgeous white sand beach. Overall, everything was great! Just a couple little things...the bath towels weren’t the greatest and we could have used more of them. And definitely need to provide way more dish towels, two is not nearly enough. It felt like I was washing towels everyday. The layout of the upstairs is strange. To access the bunk room, you either have to go through one of the other two bedrooms or use the door at the top of the stairs to go via the deck. Not horrible but just not convenient. Finally, when we arrived to check in, the property was ready but hadn’t been “signed off” so they wouldn’t give us the keys. Eventually after waiting about an hour, they gave us the keys but asked us not to enter the house until someone came to inspect it. Finally after waiting past 5:30 and no one showed up, we just went in. Never did have anyone show up. Not the end of the world, but not a great way to start the stay. The area is VERY quiet which we loved. But there wasn’t a lot of restaurant choices unless your drive 20-25 minutes. So if you are looking for a lot of activity, the area is probably not for you. With all that being said, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again!
