Welcome to Desoto 1 – the ultimate beach vacation rental for you and your loved ones! This single-family home boasts 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 12 people, making it the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends.

Located just steps away from the pristine beaches of St. Joe Beach, Desoto 1 offers stunning views of the gulf from not one, but three beach view decks! One of the decks even offers outdoor dining, so you can savor your meals while enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves.

But that's not all – Desoto 1 also features a private pool (heating available for an additional fee) in the backyard with a bathroom, private outdoor shower, and undercover grilling area with fish cleaning table! You can relax in the pool while soaking up the sun or take a refreshing dip after a long day at the beach. And when you're ready to wind down for the night, the comfortable and spacious bedrooms will ensure a peaceful night's sleep. In three of the five bedrooms, you will find comfort in sleeping on a king bed. The fourth has a queen and the fifth is a bunkroom with 4 separate beds. All five conveniently provide the privacy of a full bathroom (4 with large walk in showers, bunkroom has tub/shower).

The property was very nice

We loved the location and access to the beach. Everything was good except a few things; The couch had lots of stuff in the creases between the cushions, The gas tank for the grill was empty, No cable TV for the entire stay. We paid extra to have the pool heated, bad decision. The heater would not turn on due to low flow. we called the property manager they sent out maintenance they discovered the trash baskets were plugged up they cleaned them. the heater still would not work. The pool guy showed up the next day he never let us know he was, there we saw him leave. The pool was full of sand and did not have any chlorine in it. The heater finally stared working but on lasted for two days. Over all the place was nice.

Family perfect

The property is exactly what our family needed! We had our grandchildren with us and so it was very convenient to get to the beach and back- the pool was perfect. It was very clean and spacious.
