Gli ampi portici coperti avvolgono l'intera casa su due livelli, consentendo ampio spazio per l'intero gruppo di raccogliere, così come i luoghi per la solitudine. Awesome house and location

We stayed for two weeks and it felt like home, but only steps to the beach. Everyone had plenty of room in this well appointed home.

We will be back

Nice house and amazing location. No houses are right on top of you so it is very private. You basically have your own private beach. Plenty of cooking utensils and supplies. We got chased out by Hurricane Helene so didnt get to stay but a few days. Will certainly be back to stay a full trip.

Outstanding House and location

One of the best beach houses my wife and I have ever stayed in. The beach was just a few steps from the house and the pool was outstanding!!! The business that manages the house is one of the best we have ever experienced. We had an issue and called them for help and they had it resolved in about 3-4 hours. Just an OUTSTANDING company. The house has been kept up and the view from the two porches was outstanding!! I would stay at this house again….

Beautiful Beach House…but

The house is stunning- quiet area with everything nearby. The ambiance is magical. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. However, I feel like the listing should have mentioned quite a few things before you actually book the property…for example, there are no spices or items maybe previous guest left behind, only starter paper, detergent, garbage bags, and dish soap… I always look for a house which doesn’t skimp on these things because no one wants to purchase everything to supply a kitchen… we drove 18 hours and had no extra room! The freezer was set too high - there was no ice and we lost our food overnight. WiFi is super slow…(which is fine…just disclose that it could be sketchy). Pool cleaners came and shut off the heater we paid for. And it’s hard to believe that it was never mentioned that there are BEARS in the area which try to get into your trash. You do get texts in advance of check-in telling you about the spices and starter packs but, if I had known about the lack of basic inventory, I would have chosen another house. The sand fleas and noseeums were bad (which is super normal for beach houses) …bring bug spray ! There is cornhole on the property so no need to rent that! And all of the bed/bathroom doors are slotted so you hear everything. Very little privacy. Primary bedroom has no bathroom door. We had a lovely vacation in the home, just feel strongly that the above details should have been a part of the listing.

Amazing home/location

We had a great week long stay. The home has everything you need. We had one issue getting the fridge to be cold initially- reached out to management via phone call, text and email - luckily it resolved on its own because we never received a response through any of our contact methods. Other than this, it was a perfect week away at the beach. Our kids enjoyed the space- there were so many movies and puzzles and games. The pool was great- perfect sized and we used it a ton and always felt clean. We definitely used the white noise machines in each room because there are slatted doors on all rooms so noise travels through the home easily. It wasn’t disruptive to our enjoyment though, with more than 6 people it might be different. We did have a great week and as every home you rent is not your own and things you would choose to do different, it didn’t take away from our trip!

We love the seclusion of this house, the pool, the gorgeous deck space and comfy furniture, the short walk to the beach (and having it nearly to ourselves in early November with tons of shells !), the spacious kitchen with plenty of gadgets & dishes & storage space (and two fridges!), and comfy rooms. Our favorite place to vacation!

Nice Labor Day Week.

The house is AMAZING. AMAZING location. Only problem is the BEARS. 😆 Coming from the mountains of TN. We were NOT expecting bears at the beach! 😆We never actually encountered them but they were in the trash EVERY night resulting in us having to call the office every morning. All in all we enjoyed this property & our stay. I just suggest looking into some bear boxes for the trash.

Beautiful location, house was everything we needed and a lot more! It was right there on the beach, upscale in all the right ways. Landscaping and brickwork could use a touch up but that just because I am OCD!😄 Very few issues and if we had one the staff fixed it immediately. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional. Owner was super sweet and helpful. One of the best vacations we have ever had. This was not a PC-like party destination. This was a chilled out, layed back place with all the same options for activities with out all the annoying nonsense. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ No Doubt!

So PLEASE don't take this wrong here are a few cons for the season being at the beginning. Need bathroom door, hotter water and pressure in shower and softer mattress in master. Ice maker doesn't make ice. Pool needed vacuumed I skimmed. Screened area needed cleaned. We will be back in September (Already Booked) Thank you for all the special touches for any needs that may arise and your excellent decorating and landscaping skills.

Private, amazing property

My husband and I took our daughter, her husband and our 2 granddaughters to this home for 2 weeks. Everyone of us loved the stay and we never once felt like we were on top of each other. The home was amazing and there was a view of the gulf out of every room. The kitchen was awesome with everything a chef would need plus top of the line appliances. We absolutely loved the privacy and the wrap-a-porches were wonderful! We definitely loved the forgotten beaches of Port St Joe!

Beautiful and Relaxing!

There are some vacation homes that are seldom visited by the people who own/manage them; there are others that are clearly cherished and meticulously maintained by the people that own them. This property is definitely the latter. This house is spacious with spectacular Gulf views from every room. I love to cook and the kitchen is simply my dream kitchen with all Viking appliances. The house sits alone on a large lot so there are no neighbors close by, and lends itself to a truly relaxing vacation. The house is stocked with puzzles and board games to enjoy evenings spent with family. We’ve been vacationing on Indian Pass for several years now, and this was our favorite house. Long walks or bike rides on the beach with having the beach all to yourself is the norm. The endless wrap around porches are perfect for spending as much time as possible outdoors. We even had a visit one afternoon from a bald eagle in the nearby pines. We treasured our stay here, and look forward to staying again.

Two week stay at Beachalious

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is in a perfect location for our family. It was obvious that the home had been cleaned, but it appeared that a previous guest had replaced pans and utensils without washing them and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Other than the initial issue, the rest of the stay was great.

Amazing home and beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in Beachalicious during the last week in October. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pot, pan and appliance one could want. The Viking appliances were first class even though we had trouble figuring out the dishwasher at first. The beds and bed linens were comfortable, and the extra touches of the nightlights in strategic places was helpful. The management company was very easy to work with as well. The beach was practically private with a few people walking dogs or just relaxing. The view of the beach from the house was incredible with sunrises on one side and sunsets on the other. Overall, this was a great vacation property and we will book here again!

This was the first time we stayed at Beachalicious and we hope to stay there again next year. This was our 15th year going to this area and we think this was the best week ever. The weather was perfect and the house fit our family needs above and beyond. We were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen amenities and felt right at home.Having the heated pool was a big plus too. One issue with elevator but management company responded very quickly and it was resolved. The house is secluded, which we wanted, with a short walk to the beach and great view of the ocean. We would highly recommend Beachalicious.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented with Cape and Coast in Indian Pass for several years now, and this was our favorite location yet! The house is beautiful with lots of separate areas where everyone in an extended family can find privacy or enjoy time together. It was perfect for our 6 adults and 3 young children.

Great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the negative. The apex predators. No, not the bears getting in the trash: never saw him or her. The mosquitoes are aggressive, so bring bug spray. Then there are a couple items that are good or bad depending on your point of view. The house is a bit isolated. But that is actually a positive to me. The family kept going into Panama City Beach for reasons that mystify me. There are large schools of fish, and that brings some sharks. I got in the ocean when there were no birds diving into the water, when there were not large schools of fish. The family was skittish though. The positives are many. It is an absolutely lovely home and is nicely decorated. One could not beat the view. It is right on the beach and the view of the gulf is very nice. The sounds of the waves was quite relaxing. And the home is situated where you get to see both the sunrise and the sunset. The elevator made stocking the kitchen on the third floor a breeze. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed it. There were a couple minor things that were addressed within hours: very responsive. Frankly, I can't wait to return in the future. Highly recommended.
