Afterdune Delight Cape San Blas Beach House

La nostra casa si trova all'estremità sud del Capo alla fine di una strada senza uscita, con molti parcheggi e senza traffico. Questo è un luogo ideale per i bambini per andare in bicicletta.

Piano terra:
ingresso al piano terra. sala ricreativa con tavolo da ping pong, 50 "HDTV, mini frigo e mobile bar. camera a castello con quattro letti a castello, illuminazione individuale per ogni castello e un "HDTV 32. Piscina vista camera da letto con letto king size, 32 "HDTV e bagno in comune allegata. Bagno con lavandini doppio vaso, ripiani in granito e cabina doccia piastrelle con porta scorrevole in vetro. Accesso diretto alla zona recintata piscina privata con doccia esterna chiusa dalla sala di ricreazione.

Secondo piano:
Ampio, soggiorno aperto, cucina e zona pranzo. Vista panoramica mentre vi godete preparare la cena o per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia. Camino e 55 "HDTV può essere goduto dal soggiorno, cucina e zona pranzo. Grande cucina con ripiani in granito e posti a sedere bar per tre. La cucina è dotata di doppio forno, ice maker e lavastoviglie. Passeggiata in dispensa per memorizzare tutte le forniture per il vostro soggiorno spiaggia. camera da letto vista mare con letto matrimoniale e 32 "HDTV. Bagno con piano in granito e cabina doccia in vetro delle mattonelle con porta in vetro. Uscire dalla porta scorrevole dalla cucina alla veranda riparata con comodi posti a sedere e grill a gas. Una scala conduce dalla veranda riparata alla zona piscina privata e il lungomare spiaggia privata.

Terzo piano:
master suite anteriore del Golfo con letto matrimoniale, 49 "HDTV, ed enorme terrazza con vista sul golfo. bagno padronale privato con lavandini doppio vaso, ripiani in granito, cabina doccia piastrelle con porta in vetro e vasca idromassaggio. Due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e 32 "HDTV. Le due camere da letto matrimoniali condividono un grande bagno completo con lavandini doppio vaso, ripiani in granito, e vasca idromassaggio / piastrelle combinata doccia con porte scorrevoli in vetro.

All'aperto:
piscina privata riscaldata con zona patio coperto per i pomeriggi caldi. Doccia esterna per comodità dopo una giornata in spiaggia. E, una passerella privata che conduce al bellissimo Golfo del Messico.

The house was perfect for our long weekend! The house was very clean and up to date. Communication between the owners was also very fast and friendly! The only thing we were not expectingthat was not in pictures of the house was the new house being built next door that is a bit of an eye sore when looking out to the ocean, but that is uncomfortable for the property owners.The beach was very peaceful and clean! The pool was also well kept. We over all had a wonderful stay and we would definitely book this home again for our family beach trip!

Great beach house for large group

Everything about the house was great and exactly as described! The photos are not deceiving like I have experienced with other VRBO properties in the past. Owner had great communication. If we ever plan a beach trip in this area again, we will definitely use this owner.

Medical friends out to distress

The house was amazing. Anything you want was there, was very clean and easy to locate. The beach on the other hand was about 200 yards from the house and the ocean was muddy and the water was awful. The sand was very narrow so if you’re looking for a great house to get away, it has its own private pool and the house was wonderful. The only thing that may not let us go back to this property would be the beach.

Wonderful Spring Break!

Extremely happy with our stay. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Owners were so helpful and house was perfect. We hope to stay again next year. Highly recommend this property, absolutely no negatives.

Incredible experience!

We had an incredible experience at this house. The house was a great size, set up with care and thoughtfulness and had a calm beautiful feeling. The home owners set us up for a great time with the many amenities they provided such as beach and pool paraphernalia, a ping pong table, puzzles , games, comfortable outdoor seating (even a hammock swing) and the pool itself! The walk down to the beach was beautiful and we had so much privacy on this stretch of beach. Just what we all needed! The owners were very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend staying in this home and look forward to hopefully returning!

Great House with Plenty of Room

First let me just say that Jennifer and Doug are very responsive. Anytime I had a question, they responded in less than an hour typically which was very much appreciated. The home is large and roomy - There were 14 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The well equipped kitchen made preparing all our meals simple. While we all brought our own beach chairs & equipment, it was not necessary since they literally provide everything. Even though the walk to the beach was long, it wasn't an issue for us. The house is at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac with more than enough parking (we actually trailered my brother in laws side by side vehicle) including a trailer which was nice. The only issue we had which is the only reason the house didn't get an all 5 star rating is the 2 hot water heaters just could not keep up with all 14 of us. I reached out to report the issue and Doug was prompt to respond offering some tips & tricks to ensuring hot water which we tried but sadly only about 1/2 of us got hot showers each day. Personally, out of the 6 days we were there, I only had one HOT shower the entire week. Other than that the place is great. I'm confident the hot water issue can be resolved and would definitely rent this home again.

Cape San Blas

The property was excellent! The house was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. The property owner was always available and answered all our questions in a sufficient time frame. The pool was great. It was so refreshing after a day at the beach. Beach chairs were furnished and lots of other beach toys if you needed them. We are already planning to return to this home next year!

Just what we needed

Our family trip in October at this location was everything we hoped it would be. The views from this property are amazing and the house is comfortable and has everything you need including beach towels and beach chairs. We enjoyed some beach days but the heated pool was a life saver when the double-red flags prohibited ocean swimming. The owners have great communication and we highly recommend this property.

Great getaway with friends for a long weekend!

We had a great time here. The house is beautiful. Stocked with plenty of beach toys and chairs. Plenty of room for multiple families to stay in one place. One tip: if you plan on staying longer than a few days bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags! With a large group we ran out with what was provided at the end of our stay.

Nice place for family vacation

This house is a great size. It gives everyone privacy while having room enough for everyone to join together. The pool was really nice to have. The nice beach chairs and beach towels are a plus plus.

Relaxing stay at Cape San Blas

Group of 10 with four parents, two adult children and four teens. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The house was very clean with a great view of the gulf. Easy short walk down the boardwalk to the beach. We were there first week of August and very few others on the beach. Very close to federally protected land also helped with having plenty of room to spread out on the beach. Lots of small shops and good places to eat in town just a short drive away. Tons of seashells if you're into that. Only downside since this is on the southern side of the cape, the water isn't the bright blue color you'll see if you are on the western part of the cape. If you're looking to get away from the crowds and hustle/bustle, we highly recommend Cape San Blas.

Our home away from home

Our family of ten (parents, adult kids and grandkids) love staying here. We enjoy the privacy, close beach access, and private pool. Looking forward to many more years of vacations in this lovely home.

Great family vacay

We were very impressed with all of our accommodations and the size of the house. It was great to have the kids ( 6 boys -ages 11-22) on the lower level and the adults on the other 2 levels of the house. Plenty of room for the 14 of us. Kitchen well stocked with everything you needed. Huge pantry for storage. Had an issue with the ice maker and the owners were easy to contact and have problem resolved quickly. The pool was very relaxing. The negatives we have are the view from the house to the beach. There is so much tree growth (between the house and the beach and sand dunes) that you can not see the beach (only water) The website picture is very misleading in that aspect of the greenery and there are now houses being built on either side of this house. The walk to the beach (on the wooden walkway) took about 4 minutes or longer -depending on what you were carrying out)We would return to this house to visit only but not for the view. We are use to being able to see our family on the beach and playing in the ocean (from the house). Can not have everything staying here.

Inaugural Family Vacation

This was our first family vacation with children and grandchildren. It was fantastic, this property had everything we needed. Between the ping pong table, the pool and the beach everyone was occupied and having a blast. The house was very clean and well appointed and the owner responded promptly if any concerns arose.

Beautiful well equipt spacious home.

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything we needed. Plenty of utensils, crock pot, blender, pots and pans. The provided beach towls were great. The beach was pretty and spacious, not overly crowded. The water was murkier then i had hope during our visit but i understNd this varios and recent heavy storms im sure influenced run off. Fathr up the tip of the cape things were much clearer, but again ive read its variable. The boardwalk to the beach is lenghy and has some steps and no guardrails. It wasnt so much a problem for us but older individuals with stability issues or wild small childen coukd have a hard time. The onsite pool was just enough to float and play in if it was too cold or windy to be at the surf. We had several red flag days so we made great use of it. Overall a greathouse withgreat amenities. Owners were very responsive to the fw questions we had.
