Boutique BEACH FRONT Oasis! @Cape SanBlas/Port StJoe/Indian Pass

New Beach Front Listing! This is an Ideal location directly on The Gulf with a private beach access close to "The Cape", Port St Joe, Indian Pass, and Apalachicola! Stylishly renovated space for your friends and family to enjoy. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom w double vanities and large walk in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have large double closets w provided hangers. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Notice the loft area above with a cute spiral staircase adding lots of unique coastal character. The loft has 2 matching twin size beds, a small armoire for clothing & storage , and a TV. ( TV's are provided in living room, master and loft areas). The living room has a large queen size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. You are provided with a stocked kitchen, towels, linens, toiletry, hair dryer, beach toys and chairs. Hosts have also provided corn hole and other beach items all stored in the lower level storage room. You have an outdoor shower for your use when coming in from the beach. The home also has several card and board games, puzzles and books all for your use. If guests need a pack n play for a small child or infant, this is provided and located in the master closet. This home has a beautiful covered deck and several open deck areas for your use and entertainment. The covered deck also has a bar with 4 seats. Enjoy your beach sunrise/ sunset, endulge in a beach side fire and catch the view of horses walking on the shoreline. Partake in the outdoor and indoor games and activities provided by your hosts. Just pack your bags and come enjoy the gulf's best kept beach secret!

This is our third year to spend time at this wonderful beach house. There have been some nice updates, but the one thing that hasn’t changed is the incredible beach view from the screened in porch. The owners are delightful, helpful and responsive.

This was such a nice place to stay! Right on the beach, beautiful ocean view and house had a fire pit, screened in porch and outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen for cooking, lots of beach decor, and bed slept like a dream.

Great location!!

Beautiful location! You can walk right out to the beach! We loved the screened in porch, deck, and all the beach supplies! Very clean! Communication with host was great too. Only reason for good instead of excellent rating was a few missing items including a dish rag/sponge and dishwasher detergent requiring an unexpected trip to the store. Everything else was great! We would definitely return!!

Total Relaxation

My bestie and I do a beach trip each year for the sole purpose of relaxing and enjoying the beach! This place was beyond perfect for our needs! You can see and hear the ocean from the nice screen porch! The beds sleep very comfortable and the house is fully stocked with anything you need! We are already planning to comeback next year! Adrian is a wonderful host and great with communication.

Rejuvenation of the Body and Soul

This property was the perfect place to spend a month post retirement..serene and peaceful. We honestly loved every minute! For most of the month it was just the two of us but there was ample room when we had guests for a few nights. We spent most of our days checking out the surrounding areas or hanging out on the beach or on the patio. Long daily beach walks, beautiful sunsets, local musical entertainment, and seafood were some of our favorites! The house was stocked with all the basics needed and the decorations were genuinely beachy! We would highly recommend this property and personally hope to revisit...maybe for a couple months next time. Thanks so much Mitch and Adrian for sharing your slice of heaven!
