- Welcome to Nilla’s Villa in beautiful Cape San Blas! This 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal luxury home features panoramic views of the Gulf and Bay and is just a 4-minute walk to the beach or bay!
Located in the gated and prestigious Ovation Community, enjoy amenities such as dedicated beach access through a neighborhood boardwalk + access to the public beach with no steps, two swimming pools with lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables, a hot tub, pickleball and tennis courts, fishing piers on the bay with benches and rod-holders, a gym and clubhouse, and sidewalks for easy access. All amenities within a 5-minute walk or less!
The home itself is adorned with unique architectural upgrades and soothing finishes, bringing nature and tons of natural light inside. Nilla's Villa features an enclosed outdoor shower, grill, porches and balconies, beach towels, gear such as fishing rods, beach chair backpacks, pickleball set, stocked kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms, featuring Mrs. Meyers, Tide Free & Clear, Olaplex, Neutrogena Rainwash, and Aveeno Baby products as well as cotton balls, Q-tips and makeup remover wipes, parking in the front and rear of the home, 2-car garage, and anything you may need to relax and get away. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and blackout woven shades that can be pulled to enjoy R&R to the max!
