Welcome to Cape Dreamin' - the perfect vacation rental home for those who want to enjoy the beauty of Cape San Blas in style and comfort! Located in the gated community of Seagrass, this stunning home is sure to impress visitors with its spacious layout and incredible beach views.

With five bedrooms, there's plenty of space for larger groups or families to spread out and relax. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while three more are on the top floor. The main living area is on the second floor, offering an open-plan space for everyone to enjoy. The living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun, with comfortable seating and a large TV for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, and the adjacent dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a meal together.

One of the highlights of Cape Dreamin' is the two levels of decks that wrap around two sides of the house. From these decks, you can enjoy stunning views of the beach on one side and the private pool and St. Joe Bay on the other. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the bay or enjoying a glass of wine as you watch the sunset into the gulf.

For convenience, there's a two-car garage with a full bath, making it easy to access the pool area without having to go through the house. And after a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax.

Located in Seagrass, guests of Cape Dreamin' will also have access to the community clubhouse and swimming pool, located just across the street. It's the perfect place to cool off on a hot day or meet other vacationers in the community.

This was a great stay and we would go back. There was plenty of room for four couples and two kids. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we could need. The appliances looked pretty new and we kept the dishwasher going. The master bath had a great big tub that was a big hit with the kids. Even when it was windy the pool area was out of the wind and sunny. The beach was only a short walk and renting the shade and carrying cart and chairs were worth it. Without using the garage there was plenty of parking for four cars. The bedrooms downstairs are interior to the house (I wasn’t sure based on the website description) but the bathroom for those rooms is accessed through the garage. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sandy feet and legs before going inside. The decks were nice and sunny and we spent time relaxing on them. The property could use a little TLC but we reported it to the property managers and it wasn’t outside the norm for property that doesn’t appear to be owner occupied. We had a great time, ate at a couple of terrific seafood restaurants and went home to a snowstorm in the Midwest with some sunny memories and a tan.

Terrific family time!

A much needed positive family time before school starts. Everyone enjoyed the pool and having 5 bedrooms was perfect. Excellent trip and would return again.
