This cozy cottage features two bedrooms and one bath, which is best suited for a single person, couple
or small family. Recent updates include a fresh new interior and furnishings, updated cabinets, flooring,
appliances and a new bathroom with a larger shower. Grilling out is convenient with a door off the
kitchen leading to a smaller deck with gas grill. Amenities include wireless high-speed internet,
washer/dryer, phone, microwave, dishwasher and outside shower. There are smart TVs in the living
room and master bedroom for guests to log into their own streaming services. We do not offer cable
TV.
This home comes with everything you should need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all
cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. You need to bring beach towels, as the home will only
have bath towels. We also provide an initial supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry, dish and bath
soap. Two Tommy Bahama beach chairs included.
You must be 25 years or older to rent. Strict policy of no pets, no smoking, maximum of 4 occupants
and no events. A violation of this policy will result in the loss of your deposit and/or early rental release
with no refund.
