Nuovo Dock e Amazing View Big Back Porch

Questo magnifico, spaziosa casa è un sogno che diventa realtà per vacanze in famiglia o anche per coloro che amano un po 'di romanticismo. Seduto su due acri, è il luogo appartato perfetto! Questa bellezza fronte alla baia, che si trova direttamente sulla St. Joe Bay ha tutto! Pioggia o sole si può godere il paesaggio dalla veranda protetta. Pescatore, non cercate oltre per le zone di pesca perfetti. Questa casa ha il proprio molo privato! Letteralmente uscire dalla porta al molo e godere! Per favore mi mandi un messaggio sui social media (Vacanze in spiaggia) per ulteriori risparmi prima di prenotare. Dock of the Bay è solo 1/2 miglio da St. Joe State Park dove si può mettere la barca in acqua! Giusto. Portate la vostra barca perché non vi è abbondanza di spazio per parcheggiare così come i vostri veicoli! Il parcheggio è ampio. Gli amanti del mare portare i giocattoli giacca e spiaggia perché questa proprietà ha accesso alla spiaggia solo attraverso la strada! Godere di spiagge bianche di zucchero e le acque blu-verdi del Golfo del Messico. La casa dispone di un open space per dare una sensazione ariosa. Vuoi saperne di più sulla casa stessa? We had a great time just relaxing in this awesome home. Host was outstanding which made this beautiful home with a beautiful view of St Joseph’s bay even better. Would definitely recommend!

Great for anglers!

Very fun property with a dock, and easy to get on the sea trout! It was a huge house very open and plenty of room for all the family, the kitchen was huge!

Wonderful place

Great location. Parking was covered which made unloading the car easy. Wonderful house with an amazing view. Only thing we needed to bring was food to eat

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week!! Beautiful sunrises every morning. The beach was a manageable walk, most every evening there were spectacular sunsets, excerpt for a few rainy days. The kitchen was well stocked and our family had plenty of room to relax.

Family Time

The home is very roomy with a great location! We enjoyed having a dock for our boat. Our favorite room was the large screened porch to watch sunrises, drink coffee and enjoy each other! Of course the weather was perfect and not to hot so we ate all of our meals outside!

Family vacation

This is the third time we have stayed at this house. We love the location, dock, area to clean fish and the big screen porch. That’s where we enjoyed sunrises and ate all our meals! We really loved having a second refrigerator! Thank you Nichole for sharing your home!!

Dock of bay

Very nice rental that we have used in the past. Convenient to the cape and restaurants. Large , comfortable and beautiful views. Steps and docks showing age and need work to get up to previous standards. Property manager is difficult to contact but once contacted is responsive

Unacceptable house

We were very dismayed as we drove on the property. It was not at all as it was described in the listing. Screens were torn, a shutter hanging, water standing all around the property, and trash and debris from workman all around the yard. The inside of the house is dated. Something gross was all over a refrigerator . We use VRBO a lot and have always been pleased. Not this time! The property manager contacted VRBO to refund our money. I’d like a call from someone to adddres this bad situation.

Doc of the bay stay.

This is lovely home, however, a lot of little irritating things could've been better. Outlets not working. Torn screens, shower head issues. One bedroom not really a bed room. No closet or dresser. For the amount of money these issues should be addressed. I read some of these same complaints in other reviews months ago.

Safety and cleanliness

I would have liked to have our cleaning fee refunded. 1) the floors were sandy and had obviously not been mopped 2) we had to buy bleach cleaner and clean the mildew from the showers 3)the kitchen pantry and drawers had debris 4) we had to wash the pot holders before we could use them (they were caked with old food residue) The house has such a nice layout, plenty of room, good location, and the AC worked great. But it really needs some TLC. We did not feel the back porch was a safe place for small children, with only the screening that was loose in places and no railing. And the 16 month old grandson could open the front door by himself. We had to barricade it as best we could.

Super deck & dock!

We really enjoyed this house for Christmas! Love the open kitchen/den/dining floor plan, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, ample comfortable seating on the massive deck. I spent most of my time on the deck. The kitchen was mostly well-stocked, love the layout and so much counter space. Great covered parking under the house. The view from the back deck is magnificent, and has a great view of the sunrise. The sunset was easily viewed from the front deck. The yard is massive, big enough for a pile of kids to run around. The solar lights on the dock are excellent! The very shallow water along the bay shore looked so inviting but it was too cold when we were there to get in. It would be a superb area to paddleboard or kayak. The control on the master shower is one with no adjustment for volume, with full blast being the only option, so the hot water didn't last very long. But the shower head was great. A few minor things could use some attention, the front porch furniture was rusty and flaky, the windows were dirty, the bottom of the dishwasher was falling off though it seemed to wash the dishes well. I would recommend this house and stay here again.

Needs a new housekeeper

The house itself was absolutely wonderful. Accommodated all of our guests comfortably. Upon arrival we noticed a couple things, nothing major. Dead flies in the window in the kitchen, some sand/crumbs on the counter...nothing big. Our group drove all day to get there so we loaded up to catch the sunset on the beach. The very next morning while drinking coffee we started to notice other things. The big tub was completely dirty, trail of ant's in that bedroom, dust bunnies under the bed and dressers, every single window that led to the covered back deck (which is also amazing) were so dirty you could barely see out of them. We (my sister and I) got to work cleaning this house so we could legit feel comfortable. Being curious at the amount of dust bunnies, I opened the return where the air filter goes and it looked as if it has not been changed in months! I personally called the number left to get in touch with the property manager....I'm guessing that was for a fax machine. I personally emailed the property manager with no response. Overall the views from the house were magnificent. The house is wonderful and cozy...when it's clean. My personal opinion, they need new housekeepers! And maybe be a tad bit more available for your guests.

Neglected Property

FIX THE BACK PORCH BEFORE SOMEBODY DIES! The stairs coming from the screened in back porch to the dock are barely connected at the joists and shakes significantly (fyi I’m an engineer). We were not able to check in until 4 e.s.t., when it was supposed to be 3 p.m. Contractors/painters parked in our front yard the entire stay and would not move. We had young children and that did not make us feel comfortable. Construction was going on next door with the contractors family living in a mobile home on property line. The yard was full of trash and the house was barely clean. Many aspects of the house is nice but for the most part this property is very neglected. Faucets didn’t work, nasty showers, I could go on and on. This property has a ton of potential but I would not stay here again.

Loved it

We love the house and the view!!! The bay is great, but too shallow for a bigger boat. We had a 27ft sea hunt and could not get in in to the driveway to park there, but everything else was GREAT! Plenty of space, great location, beach toys provided, fish cleaning station, and much more! We would like to come back again.

Started out rough!

The house had not been cleaned and the water was turned off when we arrived. After contacting the owners....they apaulogised and refunded our cleaning fee appropriately. But that was all we got....we still had to clean the house ourselves after a long drive to get there before we could go to bed. The next day a cleaning staff showed up and cleaned while we were there. Think we should have been refunded some of our rental price.....the cleaning fee paid to us at the very least since we cleaned the house ourselves. You go on vacation to keep the house clean while you are there...not clean up after the people before you. Other than that rough start....we made it work and enjoyed ourselves. There is a kayak at the house that has a crack in the bottom . Should be removed from the property. We put it in only to have it start to sink . Had to drain and take back...long walk down the dock.

Beautiful home with amazing views.

Lots of space with open floor plan. Huge back screened in porch. Awesome views and the doc was perfect for our boat. We love the bay and will 100% rent this beautiful home again.

Nasty

Nasty very foul garbage strewn in yard. Filled with maggots. The Husbands picked up the garbage and took to the end Of road. Kitchen cabinets had dirty dishes with food dried on them. Left from previous renter. Also, construction debris. Looked like cut grout that was in the lower cabinets in all the dishes. My sister and I decided we would clean it up so we would not have to keep looking at it all week. We worked for 3 hrs together. I sent pictures to Nichole We ask for the first Night rent to be returned since it ruined our first night. Nichole just ignored my question. Took her 2 days to respond. I understand it was Easter weekend but the number said it was emergency number. Maybe this was not an emergency. The house has minor repairs to be addressed and I sent the list to Nichole. The view is beautiful. If the house were cleaned and maintained I could give it a 5 rating. May a new maintenance people need to be hired.

Great house, great location, little dated, kitchen could use some update

We had a great time, weather was great (70's) the water was crystal clear, and zero bugs. (YAY) they are building a house next door and they start early but it was OK. We have been coming to the cape for the last 12 years, scallop season, and winter are my fav... it's a great get away. we will be back. Thank you

Beautiful view

The view of the bay from this home is spectacular. The single floor living worked well for all. Fishing from the gulf side of the cape was good we caught several redfish.
