Dolphin Cove è un tre camere da letto, due bagni casa unifamiliare situata sul Golfo in una zona isolata a Cape San Blas.
Con una grande open space, il soggiorno dispone di un divano letto, divano e TV a schermo piatto. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo con posti a sedere per quattro e ci sono sgabelli da bar situati al bancone per posti a sedere supplementari.
La cucina è fornita di tutto ciò che pensiamo di aver bisogno durante la vostra vacanza con noi. Microonde, frullatore, caffettiera, pentola di coccio, piatti / posate, una buona selezione di pentole, utensili, bicchieri e molto altro! Ci sforziamo di iniziare gli ospiti con una fornitura iniziale di detersivo per piatti, detersivo per lavastoviglie, saponi per le mani, sacchetti per la spazzatura, carta igienica e asciugamani di carta.
La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a rotelle. C'è anche un bagno completo annesso nel master. La camera degli ospiti ha una regina e l'altra camera ha due gemelli. C'è un bagno situato nella sala esterna delle due camere da letto degli ospiti.
Presentato è un ampio portico schermato con mobili da esterno, al piano di sotto è una doccia esterna chiusa, stazione di pulizia del pesce e parcheggio coperto.
Situato appena fuori dalla casa è una passerella per la spiaggia.
Fai un giro a cavallo lungo la spiaggia, oppure prendi il tuo libro preferito e siediti e ascolta le onde che si infrangono sulle splendide spiagge di Cape San Blas. Dolphin Cove è il posto perfetto per te e la tua famiglia!

Dolphin Cove

Wonderful Home. Clean and everything worked. Great downstairs area for all your cars and beach stuff. Outside shower! Good location although 150 yds from the beach. Only thing we dislike and you need to note: cars can drive on this beach and beach is very narrow! This was a big concern for us with kids! We did not like that and it was not described in the listing.

Quiet old FL beach house - great to unwind

Located in a rustic subdivision, the one-story house on piers is gulf front right behind the dunes, and you can see the Gulf over them. Large quiet-ish beach, easy walk to restricted nature area. The home has a nice screened-in deck. Near the wet lowland, so bring DEET bug spray for no-see-ums and mosquitoes. Didn't bother us. That's old Florida for a couple of months per year.

Family Vacay

Everything about the location and property was wonderful. Great location and great accommodations. The only thing was that one of the rooms was different than I was expecting from the picture. The picture shows a full bed and a double futon and it was a full bed and twin bed. Other than everything was perfect.

Family vacation at Cape San Blas

We had a nice family vacation in Cape San Blas at the end of June. My wife and I drove down from Colorado for two weeks. Family joined us for the first week, for a total of five adults and two grandkids. The property was a good fit. One of the grandkids likes to sleep with mom and dad, so they had the second king room and our single daughter shared the third bedroom with her other neice. Note: the pictures show a futon in the master and two twins in the third room. The summary on the listing says the third room has a queen and a twin - that's correct, the pictures need to be updated. The living space was great. We had plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and the screen porch was nice also. Kitchen was probably one of the best stocked we've stayed at in a while in terms of cookware, utensils, etc. Everything worked great. Walk to the beach was nice and convenient. It was SO uncrowded. The nearest people to us were probably 20-30 yards away. No wait for an elevator. No noisy people just 3 feet away. That part was great. The downside was that the water from the Apalachicola River carries a lot of silt and conditions were such that it was carried over to Cape San Blas. That made the water a nasty brown the whole time we were there. We liked touring the Cape San Blas lighthouse in Port St Joe. I walked to the original site and the old foundations are pretty cool. We enjoyed our brief stay. Could easily see it being perfect for snow birds too!

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Cove very much The house was just the right size for our group. I was very glad we rented a wagon to take our things to the beach as it is a little bit of a walk.

Quiet, beautiful, relaxing and private

This was a spring break week with three 15 year old's and a 19 year old joining my wife and me + our golden doodle. I really couldn't ask for more and we are pretty picky. Great house with privacy (only 1 neighbor on the side with the other side an large,open lot). Litttle back yard with mostly fenced or contained area for us to play and the dog. Easy access to the beach. The outdoor shower and hose was wonderful. The road isn't paved so you might get a little dusty. We saw frogs, lizards, an otter, dolphins and many different birds. Stay there unless it conflicts with my next visit. :)

We really enjoyed our time spent within the home. Lots of lounging areas between the screened porch, living room and dining room/island. Enjoyed quick walk down to beach to enjoy the morning sunrises!

Didn't stay at property. Owner was doing update and not all days were available. Got a different home in Port St. Joe. Place was nice but too many stairs and the carpet in master suite smelled of dog urine.

The photos don't do it justice

The house was spotless when we arrived... so clean! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. The grill worked great. The house has a large living area with a large tv that we enjoyed at night or days when it was rainy. Plenty of furniture for everyone and room for our pups to play. And everything was so comfortable... the furniture, the beds. And the screened in porch was a bonus! Even at the peak of summer, we had a large spot on the beach all to ourselves. Great place for group of friends or family!
