This home is self check in - I am not available in person but by phone. We do have feet on the ground in the area if there is an emergency.

Our neighborhood is full of other charming beach cottages and offers a quaint and quiet atmosphere. The home is centrally located in the heart of Port St. Joe, making it within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. You will be close to lots of outdoor activities, food, and entertainment options, including walking trails, live music, dining, shopping, the Sea Turtle Museum, the historical Lighthouse, and St. Joe's Bay.


Guests will have access to the entire home. The back half of the property has an RV hookup for additional guests or can be used for boat parking. The carport and driveway have enough parking for approximately 4 cars or a car and a boat. We currently have our RV in the back under the pole barn but there is still room for an additional boat or car to park.

There are two bikes, free to use, as well as a golf cart.

There is plenty of parking in the driveway and carport. As we are centrally located, guests can easily walk to many of the restaurants and stores downtown. We also provide bikes and a golf cart, which makes getting around easy and fun! Please note that currently Uber and Lyft are not available in our area.


*Pitzer Properties owns 5 homes within steps of each other so it makes for a great multi-group getaway where each family can still have their own space and privacy, yet can be neighbors to their family and friends. Reach out to us directly for more details!

- Downtown is walkable and you will find shops, restaurants, live music, and more!
- There is a boat ramp 2 ½ blocks away.
- St Joe Beach is about an 8 mins drive up the road.
- Mexico Beach is about a 15 mins drive away.
- Cape San Blas is about a 15 mins drive away.
- St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches, and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards.
- Salinas Park is a 15 mins drive away, where you can have the amazing experience of horseback riding on the beach
- If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage.
- About 20 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River, or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed!

Clean & Comfortable

Overall our stay was good. The only problem I had with the property is that the master bathroom is VERY small. The MB shower water pressure in VERY low and the sink drain is virtually plugged. Other than that, the house worked great for our needs and was clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Anniversary weekend

Great place to park our boat and short distance from shopping and restaurants and boat ramps. We spent the day on the boat at Cape San Blas state park and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Just a short drive from the house. We had our days and it was very accommodating for them.

Perfection!

This was the most amazing house, great location, lots of special touches for our fur babies with fenced-in back yard, and was extremely clean. The distance from town and the golf cart were just added bonuses. This was the perfect weekend getaway house! Owners were great with communication and were very helpful.

More beautiful in person

We loved the beautiful home in Port St Joe. It’s newly renovated. Every detail is completely thoughtful with anything you may need. 2 screened porches and fenced yard. Beautifully decorated. Luxury towels, linens, pillows. Brand new appliances with a great ice maker in the fridge. They provided beach chairs, beach towels, left some coffee for us - very nice soaps and body wash in the showers. The washer and dryer was such a nice benefit as we stayed a week. A fantastic location with an easy walk to downtown and the lighthouse. The icing on the cake- the thoughtful owner knew we were traveling to get there in a storm- she left us a delicious dessert from the local bakery with a sweet note to have when we arrived! We loved everything and hope to come back in a few months. Thank you!
