    I nuovi proprietari hanno completamente ristrutturato la casa con nuovi pavimenti e arredi per rendere il vostro soggiorno molto confortevole. Il primo piano ha due camere da letto, un soggiorno aperto a due piani, sala da pranzo e una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi. Una delle camere ha due serie di letti a castello e letti bassi sono in realtà un materasso pieno, quindi questa camera può ospitare fino a sei bambini felici! L'altra camera da letto su questo piano ha un letto nuovo di zecca.


    Goditi i ponti in cui ottieni una vista a 360 ° non solo delle acque blu dell'oceano ma anche dell'alba e del tramonto. C'è anche una veranda riparata dalla cucina.


    Al piano superiore è la master suite con un nuovo letto king size e bagno privato completo con vasca idromassaggio e doccia separata! La cabina armadio è enorme! Ci sono una stazione di caffè e un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino appena aggiunti per completare questo rifugio privato. C'è anche una splendida terrazza sul lato est e sul lato del golfo della camera da letto con una splendida vista del sole al tramonto e della baia.


    Al piano terra, troverete una suite privata, completa di una camera da letto matrimoniale, un bagno completo e una cucina molto personale. Si prega di notare che la suite privata non è accessibile dalla casa principale. C'è un ingresso sul lato nord della casa, oppure puoi entrare attraverso il doppio garage chiuso.


    Meglio di tutti, la nostra casa si trova a due passi dalla piscina della comunità. La pista ciclabile si trova nelle vicinanze ed è a pochi passi dal Trading Post e molto altro! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. All the people we met in the neighborhood were wonderful. Rental company was very pleasant and good with communication. Patrick and Kelly are the best hosts. Our hot water heater went out during our stay. I messaged them and Coastal Joe to let them know. I told them to wait to till Monday for service; no need to pay an emergency service call. They absolutely insisted the problem be taken care of immediately. They are very receptive and open to any requests! We had a wonderful winter staying in Hello Sunshine!

Great stay. Property management was very good. House worked very well for 13 people. A few needs- fridge icemaker slow, main outdoor stairway was slick when wet. Great proximity to pool. House overall clean and pleasant.

The house was just like the photos, it’s perfect for a large family and the master suite is amazing. We loved the ocean views from the porches , the one min walk to the beach and being right next to the community pool. We can’t wait to be back next year!!!

Great Stay!

Loved the property. Great location, convenient to beach, pool, state park, Trading Post and bike trail. We stayed at the home 5 years ago and this time we brought friends. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate in, every evening. Only improvement we could see would be some sun shades for the kitchen/dining room. The late evening sun at dinner around the table was blinding. Would not prevent us from staying again, though.

Our best experience

This was the best experience we have had in more than ten years. Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. Rules seemed strict at first because they are trying to protect their investment. No problems with any interaction.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing, short trip to Cape San Blas. It was our first time to the area. Coastal Joe was wonderful to deal with. Britney helped me and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was beautiful and very well located to the community pool (we were the only ones that used it during our stay I believe). The beach was just a short walk as well. We had plenty of room and all we needed at the house. Will definitely stay there again.

A Lot Of Frogs

For as many members of my family that went, it accommodated us well. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. Overall, we love the location (Cape San Blas), but we will probably not be staying at this property in the future.

Great Time at Hello Sunshine

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had another great year at the Cape. This was our first stay at Hello Sunshine. It had a huge greatroom that was perfect for our group. The Kitchen was also big with plenty of plates, cups, silverware and honestly everything you need to cook. As a note for future guests there was not a single spice to cook with so make sure you bring what you need in that department. The beds were all very comfortable and all of the rooms had great storage options for clothes. The master was huge with a sitting area and huge closet with a crib and futon. We especially loved the outdoor storage room that held tons of beach toys, wagons, chairs and floats along with towel hooks and an outdoor shower. A few cons - at least for our group, was the fact that there is no covered parking and really only room for two cars. There is no entrance to the main house available to renters from the ground floor. It was pouring rain when we arrived and we had to unload our car and go around the house and up a flight of uncovered stairs to get in so we were soaked while unloading. There is a great suite on the ground floor but renters don't have access to the main house from the inside of the suite. You have to go outside to get to the main house. The stairs are there - just blocked off for renters. That was something we didn't realize when booking and would not have chosen the house if we had known. It was inconvenient for our needs. Still a lovely house and we had a great time and Coastal Joe Rentals was great to deal with as always.

February Beach Vacation 2024

Our destinated house was no longer available due to water damage so we found this literally two days before we arrived! The top master suite bed sheets had not been changed, attention to cleanliness was missing. Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is dirty & the main couch is almost impossible to sit on comfortably. The kitchen is amazing but the dining room chairs are horrible... not comfortable and every move you make “sounds” horrible!Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views of the sunset amazing; the porches excellent! Beach nessesities plentiful! Distance to beach perfect; neighborhood lovely! Appliances very nice. Main bathroom lighting is dark. We had to buy better bulbs. Bunkbed sheets a nightmare to change!

Like stepping inside an episode of "Planet Earth"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being at Cape San Blas was like starring in an episode of "Planet Earth". From one of the many decks on "Seaglass" you can watch and listen to some very interesting birds. With the wave crashing and the birds singing you could not help but relax. We stayed in "Seaglass" with 4 adults and 5 children and we never seemed to get in each other's way. The "in-law" suite is like a totally separate unit. Of course, we all managed to be in the kitchen playing games and visiting most of the time we were in the house. The rest of the time we were enjoying all Cape San Blas has to offer. Don't miss St. Joseph State Park (minutes from the house) the most incredible beach, dunes, shells - the bay with starfish, seahorses and knee deep water forever - and The Lighthouse with its gigantic shells and crashing waves. I compare Cape San Blas to a less populated Sanibel Island which at Spring Break is a welcome surprise. The house was beautiful and everything the rental information said it would be. I am very picky and vacation as often as possible and I give "Seaglass" and Cape San Blas a thumbs up!

Everything was wonderful, except for an issue caused by Coastal Joe management on the day we arrived. My uncle and aunt went through a lot of time and expense to put together a large welcome basket for my wife and I since we were arriving late at the house. We got in around 10pm and we did not have any food or drinks in anticipation of my Aunt's basket. The rental agent was supposed to leave the basket in our house the night we arrived. Not only did that person wait until the following morning to drop it off, but then dropped it off at the wrong house. We never saw our basket. This was extremely disappointing to my wife and I and especially to my aunt and uncle. Hopefully, better management will prevent something like this from upsetting future vacationers that visit Coastal Joe properties.

A lovely expansive beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented Hello Sunshine. The first was, unfortunately, due to hurricane Idalia we only stayed one night before mandatory evacuation. We decided to go back and try it again! We stayed for a visit of 8 nights and throughly enjoyed the place. It is located in a small gated community which means traffic is limited and walking the dog around the block was virtually car free in the morning. Beach access is easy and boardwalks and sidewalks are less than one city block to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, though I would recommend bringing a couple of your own pans if you are a true chef. Most of the frying pans are old T-Fal and are scraped pretty severely. But you will find just about every utensil and appliance you will need for cooking great meals. The master bedroom is the only one we used. It is a solo suite upstairs and is quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light during the day. The high ceilings and natural light throughout the house make it very pleasant. The furniture is very comfortable for reading, visiting and just stretching out for a siesta. Washer and dryer are great, fridge is cold, and AC works perfectly.The detractors that we experienced were the steep stairs that led up to the front door. It would have been nice to have a lift to unload the car and groceries into. The stairs to the master are a bit of a climb, so if you are unable to climb either or both sets of stairs, this may not be the place for you. There are many porches and we really enjoyed the screened porch off the kitchen. The decks have some blistering from the sun and could do with some replaced boards and weather sealant. Nothing dangerous about them though.Overall, we would rent Hello Sunshine again. It is a great place for a couple, group of friends, or a family. I’m sure 18 people could sleep there, but I would imagine 8 to ten would be a more reasonale limit. Thank yo

The place was beautiful though and we would definitely rent it again. The PERFECT beach house!

It is right next to the community pool (which felt like our private pool) - but we didn’t use the pool a lot, as the boardwalk provided a quick path to a beautiful section of beach. We prefer beach-front, but this is definitely the next best thing at a much better weekly rate. The garage is full of beach toys and essentials that we were thankful to use (umbrellas, floats, wagons, shovels, even kayaks!) The property was well stocked for when we cooked, and almost right across the street from Skully’s for the best food when we didn’t want to cook. It was a gorgeous property and everyone had their own space at the end of the day. My teen son loved the separate “apartment” downstairs and had everything he could need there. We would return in a heartbeat!
