  • Tutti i sorrisi, all'estremità nord del Capo, sono a pochi passi dalle acque verde smeraldo del Golfo, che lo rendono facilmente raggiungibile a piedi per bombardare, pescare o semplicemente rilassarsi sulla sabbia bianca di zucchero di Cape San Blas.

    È a pochi passi da St. Joseph Peninsula State Park dove si può nuotare, kayak, paddle board e giocare nel Golfo e nella baia.

    Il livello principale comprende una spaziosa cucina carica di preparazione e servizi di servizio accompagnati da ripiani in granito. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 12 persone con un tavolo per 6 adulti, un tavolo per bambini che può ospitare 4 e 2 posti sull'isola. Vi è un accesso diretto dalla zona pranzo ad un ampio terrazzo.

    Il livello principale ha pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica, soffitti alti e un muro di finestre che fornisce uno spazio di raccolta luminoso, arioso e aperto che dispone di un 65 "TV, libri, giochi da tavolo e altro ancora. Ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali con TV; un bagno completo e la lavanderia completano il livello principale.

    Il terzo livello presenta la master suite con un letto King, una zona salotto privata e proiettato nel portico sul suo ponte. Una suite per i bambini ha 2 letti singoli, TV e un bagno completo.

We had a beautiful stay in this home on the beach. It was perfect for our family especially the gated ground floor for our dogs. Perfect for us. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Perfect

The house was just as described, plenty of room lots of decks and places to unwind. Excellent for pups and the beach was just steps away! We had a wonderful time and had a turtle nest our last day, we will definitely be back.

Cape 2025

We had yet another amazing week at the cape. This was our first time renting All Smiles but can definitely say it won’t be our last. Our Yorkie Mo throughly enjoyed how dog friendly it was. He loved being able to hang out with us on property leash free. The home felt very cozy and had everything we could ask for. Including toys , puzzles and books for our toddler.

Great Home and Location

House is very close to beach. Great outdoor space. House was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. If I had to list a fault, the property line is the lane for all the homes behind the house to access beach and they all camp out in front of the house. Would definitely stay again.

Great House

We had a great stay. The ONLY thing we needed but didn’t have was a skillet to cook pancakes. Other than that, which is very small, I would recommend this house.

Lovin life on The Cape

Cape San Blas is incomparable and the location of this home simply couldn’t be better. The house was immaculately clean, better equipped than most. Shampoo & Conditioner and bath soap in every bathroom, they even had garbage bags in the kitchen. But most of all is the location, location, location.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Listening to the waves and looking out across the Gulf, while relaxing in this beautiful home, made for a perfect family beach vacation. There are so many wonderful outdoor seating options, including a wonderful daybed swing, lounge chairs and a hammock. The fenced in yard also made it an ideal place for our fur babies to enjoy. We would come back here in a heartbeat. We loved everything about this home!

Beach front relaxation

All Smiles is a very special property which made us sad to leave. The home is very comfortable, clean and has the most beautiful views! Each night we watched the sunset and every morning we walked the beach. It was wonderful stepping right off the deck onto the beach. We will most definitely be back!!!

The house was so clean and uncluttered and had everything we needed. Of course, the dog area was wonderful for its’ convenience.The AC didn’t work on the second floor but stayed in heat mode. We did report it to the office but it was over the holiday week and the weather cooled off soon. Two areas of concern: The modular bath/shower units are extremely slick so would recommend a nonslip mat for safety. The second concern would make us think twice about returning, especially in warm weather..there are no window coverings in the main living room and kitchen; the sun was quite uncomfortable for 3-4 hours in the afternoon. Also, it was a bit off putting not having privacy after dark. There were blinds at all other windows so not sure why these were bare. Some simple draw curtains to allow access to the view when desired would be perfect. Otherwise, we were pleased.

Needs some TLC but nice overall

Overall a nice beach front property. A few hiccups. The ceiling fans downstairs did not have remotes or work at all by a switch so we couldn’t turn on the living room fan at all or the bedroom fan with the bunk beds, and the spare bedroom with a queen bed fan was set to low speed with no way to adjust speed. I called the property manager and someone brought 2 box fans. The house gets strong afternoon and evening sun so moving air with a ceiling fan is a must! The living room ceiling fan was covered in dust, it hadn’t been dusted in a good while. I looked underneath the couch for the fan remotes and there was a ton of sand and crumbs under the couch and small love seat. The living room mirror above the couch was smeared, and the stove top was not properly cleaned. The bunk beds were very wobbly and I had two young men sleeping there. The gentlemen that brought the box fans did get his tool box and tighten the bunk bed frame. The fenced in small yard in front with fire pit looks nothing like the picture, it is desperate need of some landscaping. The outside closet with kayaks and boogie board was a disaster, everything just tossed in! The property really needs some TLC and more attention to detail when cleaning.
