Gulf View Family Friendly Home w/ Private Pool North Cape

Stealin' Sunshine on the North Cape is a beautiful and spacious beach rental that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The house is tastefully furnished with a focus on comfort, quality, and ample space to ensure a relaxing stay. With its prime location in Findlay Estates, this first-tier house offers stunning panoramic views of the Gulf waters and the widest and clearest beach on the Cape, which is only 120 steps away.

The house features three balconies, including a full screened-in porch on the top floor, providing plenty of outdoor living space to enjoy the beautiful views while savoring your morning coffee, relaxing for lunch, or having an evening beverage. The top floor's open concept living and dining area has a large dining table, comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen TV with in-ceiling surround sound, perfect for large family meals or watching your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, quartz counters, a mini refrigerator, and a pantry cabinet, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

The house has five bedrooms, including two master suites with king beds and private balconies, a third king bedroom with shared full bath, and a fourth bedroom with four XL bunk beds, sharing a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The ground floor features a fifth bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom in the hall. The house also has a laundry facility and elevator access to all three levels.

Outside, the house features a private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a storage closet stocked with beach chairs, beach carts, a cooler, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, making it easy to enjoy the white sugar sand beaches. Other amenities include parking for up to four cars, an outdoor shower, a charcoal grill, and electronic lock access to the house.

Overall, Stealin' Sunshine on the North Cape is the perfect beach rental for families or groups of friends looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation home in a prime location with stunning views and easy access to the beach.

Bringing a pet or in need of pool heat? Both can be arranged for an extra fee. Kindly inquire about size and number limits for pets. Events exceeding the house occupancy or requiring a chaperone are not allowed. We strictly enforce a minimum age limit for renters.

Elevators are provided at no extra cost and are available for use throughout your stay. Please be mindful that due to the delicate nature of residential elevators, breakdowns may occur. If any issues arise during your stay, we will address them promptly. However, our remote beach location may cause delays, and this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Adult Spring Break

The location of the house is absolutely perfect. Such an easy walk to the beach. Every spot of the house was super clean and comfortable. The check in process was super simple. There was a super cute restaurant directly across the street that we walked to. Hunt’s restaurant is also a great restaurant to go too. The weather was perfect for us. The host was extremely easy to get ahold of before we got there if we needed. We will for sure keep this house in our favorites for future trips. We had the best time and thank you for hosting us.

Great time on Cape San Blas

We had a great stay at Stealin Sunshine on the northern end of Cape San Blas. Property was a short walk to the beach and had everything you need in a rental property for 4 couples. The beach was not crowded at all and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day in the sand and surf. The pool was great for a small group and plenty of space to chill while taking a break from the beach

Very clean property, very new, all appliances and furnishings were outstanding, elevator was a little cantankerous but it worked most of the time. Great layout of rooms and very close to beach. We had a great week-three families.

Beautiful House and Great Location

We loved our stay! It was great space. The elevator was handy for bring up the initial round of items. Walk to the beach was quick. Kids loved the pool. We had a great time!

Family Beach Getaway

This was a great house for our whole family. Just a short walk from the beach and walking distance from restaurants. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we could want. Especially loved the pool!

Beautiful!

The facilities and stay was amazing! We had consistent thunderstorms that cut outside activities down considerably and these accommodations more than made up for the spotty weather. It's a well thought out floor plan and amenities that go there extra mile in creature comforts - from check-in and out to beach towels ready to go. Even if and when there are issues beyond anyone's control, Dan was amazingly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cape San Blas

The house is beautiful and clean! It was so nice to have a pool to ourselves. Great for small children! The beach was very private and beautiful. The beach is close to the house, however there is a pretty large hill from the walkway down to the beach. We were a group of adults 55-35 and children 7-3, for us this wasn’t an issue but I could see it being a problem for older people.

Great house in great location!

Had a great time at Stealin' Sunshine. Super easy and quick walk to beach. House very well stocked with kitchen essentials and beach gear. Location is awesome since very close to two popular restaurants for eating out or picking up. Definitely recommend this home!

Perfect location and property, recommend 100%!

This was our first time staying on the Cape and we enjoyed it so much we want to make it an annual getaway. Stealin Sunshine property is perfectly located toward the top of the cape near the entrance of the state park and within walking distance of two good restaurants and oh yeah, about 2 mins from the beach! The house is newly constructed and in great shape. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and an elevator which is huge since the main living area is on the 3rd floor. And off that living area is a great screened in porch with water views that we used every morning, afternoon and night (for fantastic sunsets!). They have everything you need in the kitchen (coffee maker, pots, pans, etc.) and also a ton of beach stuff. We only used the beach chairs but there were a ton of stuff like umbrellas, beach toys, cooler, etc. that is available to use. We stayed for the month of January and while the weather was colder, the heated pool was perfect and easy to operate. Overall we loved the experience and hope to be a regular.

Perfect Beach House

Honestly this house had more than we expected, the kitchen was the best stocked appliance and utensils of any rental we have ever stayed in. The elevator was super handy once you figured out all the tricks like always make sure both doors are closed when you exit or it cant move to the other floors. The bedrooms were very spacious and nice. The distance to the beach was a breeze of a walk even for a couple 3 yr olds and a 1.5 yr old. The owners were very helpful and always answered the phone for the couple of questions we did have. I highly recommend this property and will definitely come back.

Perfect property for beach/pool vacation

Dan was a great host and very quick to respond to my questions. The property listing is accurately pictured. Bedrooms on three separate floors was great to accommodate young children bedtimes. It was a short walk to the beach, I’ve cream shop and Longbills had good food and a nice bar if you want to go out. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked every day. Loved the many decks to relax and find a place to read or just take a nap. The little ones loved to pool which had nice sun from early morning til mid afternoon. We loved our stay and would definitely return if our family’s schedule permits

House was amazing despite annoying construction

The property itself was beautiful. Everything was brand new and extremely clean and it was a quick walk to the beach. The house was well appointed with loads of cookware, beach chairs, umbrellas etc and the private pool was a nice bonus. I’m taking off 2 stars do to the undisclosed new construction that was happening less than 15 feet from the house. From 730 am until 430 pm Mon-Friday there was constant noise from air compressors and heavy machinery. When you’re spending the amount we did, it would have been nice if this was disclosed upon booking the property and we would have booked elsewhere. If you’re booking this house in the near future be aware that this will be a major annoyance! Waking up early on vacation to the sounds of heavy machinery was less than ideal 😞 The property owner was extremely accommodating and was even able to offer early check in which was nice. Despite the new construction next door we had a great week and has a week full of family memories.

Relaxing family vacation

My family had such a lovely stay at Stealin’ Sunshine. The home is beautiful and luxurious. The bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses, the kitchen had every possible gadget and was stocked with tons of plates and silverware and new appliances. The property is located a very quick walk to the beach. There are no streets to cross and with children, the short walk is very safe. The walk to the beach is simply walking up a driveway. The beach was not crowded. We had 2 beach-fires during our week-long stay. The kids made s’mores, and the sky was clear and full of stars. The house offers a heated pool. This was a big hit with the kids. The property also had 2 decks facing the beach...we sat in the upper screened-in porch. Both the pool and the porches have new comfortable outdoor furniture. The cape is a slower pace and the homes are really spread out. Stealin’ Sunshine has no close neighbors, so it is a great place to unwind and have some solitude. There is a bike path that runs along the main road and into the state park. The state park also offers walking paths. Stealin’ Sunshine was a very relaxing vacation for our family. We enjoyed the pool and the beach close by. There is a market down the road which has so many essentials as well as a retail seafood shop, so shopping in Port St Joe isn’t necessary. We would definitely return to this property. It is such a beautiful home with lots of space for a big group. Wonderful memories for the kids.

Awesome beach house steps from the beach

This newly built beach house was a short walk from the crystal clear waters of Cape San Blas. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. Even though the house is not directly on the beach front, the screened in porch provided views of the sunset over the ocean between the other houses from the top floor. We had a great stay on vacation and this house made our experience even better. The only minor issue was that there was new construction going on in the area which was somewhat noisy but this is to be expected in an area where you have brand new homes. We would most definitely book this house again.
