Pet-Friendly, Gas Grill, Heated Pool for Winter!

Snowbirds welcome!

Reservations include a complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. A link to customize the beach package will be provided after the reservation is confirmed. Applicable for stay durations between 3-21 nights.

Sandy Toes is a single family home in Windmark Beach, Creekside Village Phase, with accommodations for 8. Designed with tray ceilings in the living and master, luxury vinyl plank floors, Sandy Toes is open and airy, whisking your worries away. Enjoy partial water views from the front porch while an additional screened lanai provides al fresco dining options. There are miles of beach to explore with easy clean up with a hot/cold outdoor shower. A resort style community pool with ample lounge chairs, green space, outdoor showers and shared restrooms is 5 blocks away. The city center provides on-site restaurants, View on 98, Bruno's Pizza, and more!

Dogs are welcome at Sandy Toes. Pet restrictions include dogs only, under 40 lbs., hypoallergenic. Leash laws are enforced as Windmark Beaches are pet friendly as is Downtown Port St Joe. Socialize easily with a fenced dog park nearby.

Please be mindful, a starter supply of amenities are provided. Depending on the guests length of stay, additional amenities may have to be purchased.

Laundry included with a starter supply of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and utensils. All linens, less beach towels, are provided.

First Time in Port St Joe

This was our first time in Port St. Joe and we had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our family, plenty of room and very comfortable accommodations. Loved Windmark Beach community and being able to bike ride around. We will definitely be back!

AWESOME

Thank you, Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful property. Port St Joe has wiggled its way into our hearts. The home was so lovely, very tidy and welcoming. The home has all the accommodations you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is well kept and very friendly. The beach was close and had easy access. I do however wish the visitors to your area would remember to not leave their trash behind. This is not the property managements issue, just humans that aren’t respectful of the environment.

Fun times in Port St. Joe

My family & I had a great vacay in Port. St Joe. Loved the house, would have preferred a king bed in master. The house was clean & we loved the floor plan. Would have liked the pool to be closer to walk.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were even able to check in early which was very nice. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was close enough to drive to it was a great environment with easy and convenient beach access. We would stay again!

Great Stay!

Great property in a fabulous location! We came down for a wedding and it was a 3 minute drive or 8 minute bike ride to all the festivities. The house was perfect for us. Great size, amenities, and the host was super responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Port St. Joe area!

Sweet House

House was very spacious and convenient. The towels need to be a bit larger. Overall the house was great and had a great time during our stay. Check out the Port St. Joe Shrimp Co. for local fresh seafood very close to the house.

Nice Little Beach House

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great… walking distance to the beach. Easy to access amenities and close to town. We only had one issue with the freezer that we didn’t notice until the last evening. Any questions were resolved quickly and we had no issues otherwise. Nice for our family trip!

Great house with great customer service!

We had a great stay at Sandy Toes! When pulling up to the house you think maybe it’s going to be small but when you open the front door and walk in it’s so spacious! I always sanitize when I arrive anywhere and usually the Clorox wipes are black…..not at this house! Everything was very clean! Only one issue was the air stopped working at one point but it was fixed in record time! They answered right away and a tech was there fixing it before we left for the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to a great pool. We love to cook and we’re impressed with all the pots and pans including an air fryer available to us. We had a minor plumbing issue and the response was very timely. We had a lovely stay and great vacation.

Nice spot!

Property was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood has a nice pool and a few restaurants, and the beach was in walking distance. The house is equipped with an alarm system that alerts you every time the front or back door is opened, which can be a lot of you have a big party like we did, just something to note. The host worked with us in regards to our check in time which was very nice, but we did reach out with a question regarding the TV's once we were there and never got a reply. All in all, very nice property and location!!
