Questa casa di 4.284 piedi quadrati è decorata professionalmente con mobili ed elettrodomestici di fascia alta personalizzati ed è nuova per un programma di noleggio! Cape Bora Bora dispone di sei ampie camere da letto, tutte con bagno privato, arredi nuovi di zecca e vista sull'oceano! Può ospitare comodamente 20 persone in letti, con un divano letto che può ospitare altri due.


    Il secondo livello della casa ha una zona giorno con 47 "TV a schermo piatto e lettore DVD con audio surround, una splendida vista, un tavolo da biliardo e un bagno di servizio. C'è anche una terrazza esterna con posti a sedere per godersi il panorama. Questo livello ha anche 2 ampie camere da letto ciascuna con un bagno completo. Ogni camera ha due letti singoli più letti a castello e può ospitare comodamente fino a sei in ogni camera da letto. GRANDE per i bambini !!


    Mentre cammini o cavalchi, (c'è un ascensore), al terzo livello di Cape Bora Bora troverai una stanza bonus / area ufficio che consente l'accesso a un altro mazzo. Good stay

Great property, we are already booked for next year. Only problem is some family's leaving their beach setup on the beach overnight and having a fire on the beach at night is good but people should clean up afterwards.

Property is incredible! Elevator works great, you must close the door when exiting to keep it working consistently. Its similiar to a NYC old fashion pull the gate closed elevator.Tips - extra entertaining platters and wine glasses in buffet cabinet in living room! I missed it until the last day!SPECIAL FEATURE! No stairs to beach! Its a ramp! Great for older people and wagons! Thought you should know!Extra parking was used a few doors down, where new condos are being built.Couch pulls out to a full bed on second level. There is a 1/2 bath on that level too.Both a Keurig and Regular Coffee Maker was helpful! Will book again!

Great stay in Cape San Blas!

We had a great multi family stay at this property! There were several maintenance issues when we first arrived but they were resolved quickly. The property managers are great! There were several areas to relax for all age groups. Would love to rent again.

Cape Bora Bora

Usually by the second day of vacation I start getting home sick, this was not the case at this Beautiful beach house. Everything was clean and decorated so tastefully it felt like home. The comfy beds to all the extra blankets in the house. Great job to all the people taking care of this home. Me and my family all loved cape bora bore at cape San Blas. I would definitely book a trip again.

Coastal Joe Rentals was right on it and we did have our elevator working soon. Also we discovered a leak on the top floor from the A/C unit. There was someone at the house to check it out in 20 minutes! Good thing we called, major crisis averted!!Thank you Coastal Joe for the great customer service. I would certainly love to rent from you again!

Roomy, well decorated, easy access to beach and swimming pool, and has GREAT balconies for dolphin and pelican watching!The staff at Coastal Joe Vacations are fabulous and responded well and quickly to any questions we had while we were there. The one negative we experienced was the grill. I planned two meals (for 13 folks) based on grill availability. When we looked at the grill it needed serious maintenance. I called the office and the next working day Alex was there taking care of business. Impressive!I highly suggest this unit for any large gathering - most especially if anyone has special needs and an elevator benefits.

Perfect Family Vacation

It is definitely our favorite so far! Accommodations were even better than described. There was so much space for our multiple families with a wide age range of kids. We loved the multiple fridges, the huge sofa and large table. We enjoyed the puzzles and loved that there were no missing pieces haha! The only issue we really had was some water heater issues, but the rental company responded immediately and it didn't hinder our stay. There were tons of beach toys in the garage that our kids enjoyed.

Some of the issues we had the first time we stayed there were resolved, so we had a great stay. The 3 refrigerators are a must for our family of 20. There were a couple problems with the ice makers and elevator that were not resolved, but they were minor. The Wifi was a bit slow for the two that needed to work a few days while they were there, not what I would call hi speed. We love the location and size of the unit.

Great Property!

From the moment of check in until the day of check out, we enjoyed every minute of our vacation at Cape Bora Bora in beautiful Cape San Blas Florida! The house was great for our group of five families. Well stocked, nice condition, and beautiful views of the Gulf Coast. Close to the beach and pool! It was a very nice community to rent in. Pack little has everything

We had 6 adults/6 children (age 2-13) and a 4 beds to spare. Stayed many houses/condos before and this is the winner! Best stocked kitchen/house/beach toys of any. We should have just brought clothes/groceries/beach tent…because everything else was there. Easy walk to beach and pool. Close to good food! Highly recommend!
