Notes on the elevator at Salt Cured:
You are welcome to use the elevator, but please be VERY patient. It is slow and has specific instructions that must be followed for it to work properly. Couple of tips... make sure the inner and outer doors on all levels are closed or it will not work at all. When opening the outer door from inside the elevator, a little trick is to pull the door towards you and the push it open. Children under the age of 12 MUST NOT be allowed to ride alone or play with the elevator. It is a safety issue. You are responsible for ensuring the elevator is properly operated and not abused.
It is very expensive to have the elevator repaired and serviced.

Great Experience

We overall had a great time staying here! The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. The walk to the beach or pool was short and easy. We enjoyed the view from the top deck!

Great property for family vacation

We stayed here with our two college kids and 14 yo daughter. The condo was very spacious, clean and well equipped. We loved that everyone had their own bathroom and we had plenty of living space to accommodate us all. Easy /short walk to beach, the condo even came with a beach cart which was great bc there aren’t any steps to navigate going to beach. Pool area is clean and nice. Would def rent again.

Great Family Getaway!

We would definitely book this property again! Everything was as advertised and Michele was quick to answer questions and resolve any issues we had. We were able to check-in early and she even offered extra nights at a discounted rate! Great family getaway with some wonderful memories made!

Great house but needs some repairs

The house is beautiful and has sooo much to offer. However, there is a severe water/humidity problem and the problem has obviously been ongoing for some time. There is a dehumidifier on the fourth floor that is supposed to auto drain but the drain wasn’t working so we kept having to empty the basin several times a day. The ceiling was dripping water on the fourth floor and the elevator door was swollen from moisture. It was very hard to open and close. Due to that door the elevator became inoperable. The elevator company doesn’t come on the weekend so we had to tread the stairs all weekend. Elevator company came on Monday and fixed it but advised us not to use the 4th floor. So, at check out time we took all of our belongings to the third floor and used the elevator from there to get it all down stairs. The owner was super nice when I contacted her and did all she could to remedy the problem remotely. My major concern is there was no warning. The problem has been a problem for a while and we were unaware. I just think honesty and full disclosure go a long way. I was told that all of the condos in that complex have the same moisture problem and I noticed while we were there that most of the condos were unoccupied. The house has comfortable beds and pillows. The decor was beautiful. The balconies were spacious and had great views. The kitchen was stocked with some things a lot of houses do not offer. As a token of apology the owner did give me a $100.00 gift card.

Great Place For Families

Cap San Blas has beautiful beaches with gentle waves. It is quiet and peaceful. This property is ideal. It is a short 3 minute walk to the beach with no roads to cross. There is also a centrally located pool. Make sure you bring everything you need in the way of food however. The nearest grocery store is about 30 minutes away, other than closer convenience stores.

Great Experience

The home was impeccably clean and very nicely decorated. The home is fully stocked for all your needs. The en-suite bathrooms are great for multiple families staying together. The Owner/Manager was great with her communications and very responsive. Finally, the home is located on the best part of the beach on the Cape. I highly recommend this home. We had no complaints or issues.
