Gorgeous house/area of the beach. We will be back!

We absolutely loved the house. The open floor plan on the 3rd floor was perfect for our large family. We also loved the area of the beach we were on. Only complaint was check in was later than we have experienced with other rental companies and the instructions on moving trash to the street were not clear at all. Original instructions said to leave trash in bins outside only. Then we got a note later saying it should be moved out to the street. Overall we had a wonderful time and agree this is the best house we have stayed in so far!

Beautiful large home

Excellent house is fantastic location. Well stocked. Amazing views. Unfortunately the ice machine and drink fridge were broken and one fridge not enough for this size house. Called, emailed and texted management company but got zero response. Garbage was never picked up but check out morning someone moved the cans them to the end of the road so a huge pain to clean out the house with the full garbage cans at end of the street. Otherwise beautiful and well maintained.

The only thing that was odd is the bunk room the ladders going up to the bunks. You can get hurt on them because Theyv stuck out in the middle of the room. But the kids enjoyed the bunks. Would definitely consider renting again.

Amazing Family Vacation

What an amazing family vacation!!! Our first full day there we found almost 50 baby sea turtles under the boardwalk between the dunes & the house. We watched the rescue team rescue all they could find and release them into the ocean. It was an amazing/once in a lifetime experience for both the children and adults. We had a wonderful time at the beach esp. since we were pretty much the only ones in our area. The house was incredible and absolutely beautiful!! And those bathrooms, amazing!! The view was stunning!! It was also nice having a Keurig. We didn't really have any major issues with the property. The only things were, we didn't love that the bunk beds didn't already have the sheets on them, and we had to make them, but we totally understand why they weren't made, they are very hard to make and there probably aren't a ton of renters that use them. We just figured since we said we had 3 children coming, they would have assumed they'd be sleeping in the bunk room, but I am sure the cleaning staff wasn't aware of that. The only mechanical issue was that the separate ice machine didn’t really work. We believe someone came and checked it while we were out, but it still didn't work, though honestly the ice machine was just an added bonus we weren't expecting, so we just bought ice like we planned on doing from the beginning. There was one corner cabinet door missing in the kitchen, but no one really noticed it or cared. Now there was a house being built right next door, so the banging wasn't that enjoyable, but we just tuned it out. They should be done with the main part of the buildout within the next month or so, so I wouldn't think it should affect that many future renters. Only suggestion would be to add extra pillowcases for all the extra pillows in the closets and purchase a new manual can opener because the one there wasn’t that great. All and all this was definitely a vacation we will remember!! Thanks for such an amazing experience! :)

Beautiful home. Great location.

This is by far the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great. Only a short distance to the beach. A much easier walk than the pictures show. Only 9 stairs up and 4 down. The house is decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The elevator was great for loading and unloading. More outdoor furniture would have made it perfect. The view and sunsets over the water were breathtaking and we loved being able to take our puppy on to the beach. The community pool is very small. Really only enough room for one family at a time so we never used it. Cape San Blas is a quiet little town. An hour to the nearest Walmart but there is a Piggly Wiggly much closer. Not many restaurants or shops and the few that there are are just ok. Overall, a very relaxing and lovely vacation. Would definitely go back!

Just Perfect

This is, I think, our 10th spring visiting CSB! We have rented many different homes but this one was really special! It had everything!!! The small neighborhood was quiet and uncrowned. Easy beach access. Nice community pool. Home very well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Beautiful decor and comfy furnishings. The elevator makes getting luggage and groceries a breeze to bring in. Would definitely rent again!!!

The master suite is divine, especially the lovely shower. Each guest was comfortable and felt very much at home. The elevator and pool access are wonderful amenities to have, and the location is perfect, especially with no homes to the south which offers several hundred yards of unoccupied beach. We love, love, love this house. Additionally, the people at Cape and Coast are awesome.

The dining table was large enough to fit our whole crew and the extra sitting area with the 4 swivel chairs was used constantly! The house stayed nice and cold even during the hottest part of the day. I would suggest an extra fridge for a house of this size and the ice maker was very slow. Thankfully we had several coolers which became our extra “fridges” and held our bags of ice that we had to purchase everyday which we did not expect to have to do.

Elevator was important for one of older members ease of movement with her walker. Access to beach was perfect. Cape San Blas is a more remote location and what we wanted. Cell phone service more limited, but the Wifi inside the property was excellent for those who needed to stay plugged in. Great overall experience.

You are directly ON the beach. I could sit on one of the balcony’s and watch from the house as the kids would play on the sand. This beach was secluded and it felt like our own private beach. It was so clean and sand was perfect. We watched the sunset every night on the beach. I will never forget those memories I have with the kids. The house was also perfect. Not one complaint. The decor was wonderful and everything g was spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Everything was high class. Not cheap 1$ store things. I was so impressed. I’ve stayed at hundreds of VRBO but by far this one was the best. You will find everything you need and much more in the kitchen. The bedrooms and additional bathrooms were just as nice. This was the most relaxing vacation I ever had. I read reviews about not having a private boardwalk-there’s NO one there. And the views from the bedrooms were amazing. I left my door open all night and heard the waves and woke up to hearing the waves. Even when I was nursing the baby-I could look out the door and feel like I was on the beach. This place was nothing but perfect. Not one compliant. You will LOVE this house!!!!

Our house was even better than we expected. Everything was clean and ready for us to check in. Any request we made was taken care of immediately so the whole month went so smooth. Located right on the beach with an easily accessible community pool. The house is beautiful, comfortable,beachy and modern.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is wonderful, clean and luxurious. Likely one of the best we have stayed at the cape over the years. We were very thankful to have it as a replacement for our other rental post hurricane Michael as nice rentals are hard to come by right now. My only concern to share for those reading is that there is a community beach access walkway adjacent to the property. You will have other property owners and rental guests walking by your home frequently. We have always had homes with a private walkway, so that took some getting used to. Other than that, this is a fantastic rental home.
