The Space:
Villa Cape San Blas features a spacious and inviting layout, designed for easy living and relaxation. The main living area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and half bathroom are all conveniently located on the first level. From here, step out onto the expansive deck to enjoy the coastal breezes or simply unwind in your private outdoor space.

Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed and its own attached bathroom. The Gulf-side bedroom opens to a private deck with a newly installed bar top and four barstools—perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails while enjoying breathtaking views of the Gulf. Had a wonderful stay in July at the Villa! Perfect location. Steps from the beach. Amenities were just as described. Everything was clean and in perfect working order. We would most definitely book this property again.

We had a great time staying in the Villa. The views off the top deck are very nice for a house 3 rows back. It was also great having the rail bar up there. I will say that the pillows do need to be replaced, I couldn't even fluf them up in the dryer. The master bathroom toilet also needs some attention as it would often need multiple flushes, and takes like 5 min to refill. There is a storage area filled with beach supplies down below which was nice. The beach is a very short walk away, and we never were any closer than 20 yards from someone. Speaking of the beach there is some stumps popping through in multiple places in CSB including the beach near here. The CSB beach is in desperate need of nurishment at the moment. We still love the Cape though, and would recommend staying in this rental.

Relaxing

Loved our stay, the beach was a very short walk away. We had the pleasure of seeing baby turtles hatch during this trip! We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and we are looking forward to the next time.
