“Room wasn’t very clean and I had to ask him to clean and all they did was give me new towels and rags”

“The room was fine and bed comfortable. Overall a clean establishment. Complimentary breakfast was also acceptable. We were not happy with the quality of housekeeping services. We were provided with fresh towels etc. but they did not empty trash in our room, did not make our beds, did not restock coffee pods etc. and we’d have to go to the front desk and ask. Front desk attendants were not the friendliest.”
