I have since filed a small claims case against this facility. The actions/temperament of front desk clerk, Ricarda, were so egregious, the police had to get involved. Before my personal interaction, I witnessed 2 other guest incidents with her. She was so combative/antagonizing, 1 of the guests actually cursed her out,...

“Staff was amazing whenever they could get to the phone when you call. Sometimes you couldn’t get anyone to answer right away but it was extremely busy this weekend. Other than that room was clean bed were clean and fresh. Had a refrigerator microwave iron ironing board, coffee maker coffee pods cups and ice container. Water in the room was for sell so bring ur own water. AMAZING STAY!”
