“This hotel is in the process of a renovation. I wish this was told to me before I reserved the room. There was no ice machine. I get it you’re renovating but when I was told that I could go to “WaWa’s” at 10pm for ice! I didn’t have a car and WaWa’s was DOWN THE HILL, across the street. I didn’t sleep that night bet tried not to let it spoil my trip. We stayed another night because we got in late after our planned event. “Heater did not work. It kept blowing cold air. They wouldn’t call maintenance to look at it. I was cold all night. Toilet had hardwater stains that looked unsightly and unhygienic ”

“We had an emergency (sick child on the drive from Pa to Florida and needed a place to clean up and get her in bed for the night instead of driving straight through). It was after midnight, most hotels wouldn't let us check in as the new day started. However, the night staff immediately jumped in to help us get a room. Room was clean, staff was great.”

“When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that the water was off. They told me it would be on within 30 minutes. About an hour later the water did come on and it was brown and rusty. I needed to take a shower so ran the water for a while until the rust cleared up. Once it cleared up, I got in and after a few minutes, was very unhappy to run out of hot water! “Basic, but I knew that when I booked the property. I just needed a place to sleep”

“Non-smoking room that smelled strongly of cigarettes, had burn marks on the bed and walls. Bed sheets were stained and had holes, when we complained and asked for new sheets were told "sometimes the sheets just look like that". Parking lot had groups of people gathering and what appeared to be drug deals going on, made us as a family a little uncomfortable but then the doors would not close and lock which became a major safety concern. “They were not willing to refund two of the three nights booked when an emergency interrupted the stay. I never got to the hotel and understand that the first night was too late to be refunded but I felt that the other two nights should have been canceled and refunded.”

“I stayed at this hotel and had a very unpleasant experience. There was constant noise throughout the night, with people shouting and causing disturbances. One of the guests had a large truck and would start it every night between 12 AM and 3 AM, which was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there were individuals at the hotel who made the environment feel unsafe and inappropriate. It definitely did not feel like a place suitable for families. Overall, I would not...

“The staff are always friendly and the place is spotless and quiet.”

“Almost every thing was broken, we switched rooms bc of a blood stain in the king room and the door wouldn’t lock. The main tv didn’t work but that wasn’t a big problem for us.”
