( don’t forget a mosquito spray if you dine outside) Kids loved the private beach and played there for hours. We will be back to this property. One of our favorites now. ”

“As advertised. Clean spacious and comfortable. A bigger pan for a bigger party would help. Regardless we made it work! Pool was within 100ft with the call for door code keeping it from becoming overcrowded. Everything very close by. There not kidding when they write two cars max. There is NO free parking on Tybee Island!”

“What a beautiful condo!!! Incredibly clean and thoughtfully stocked with games, puzzles, coffee, beach supplies, wireless speaker, even disposable toothbrushes! It is so cozy and homey. We had the best vacation here, annd our baby loved it. We will definitely be returning next year!! Highly recommend ”

“I stayed here with my husband and two kids. It was perfect for us. The condo is updated, the pool area is clean, and the proximity to the water is wonderful! We saw dolphins daily and could walk to a few local restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“This condo was in the perfect spot on the island. Easy walk to the beach & pool right outside our door. It was well furnished with anything you need in the kitchen. We had a mixup at checkout (our fault completely), but he was gracious and understanding. Very hospitable!”

“The location of Paula’s condo is perfect and close to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Check in was easy. The condo is on the 4th floor. The elevator was broken during our stay, so that made loading and unload a bit difficult, but communication was good, and the rest of the stay was great!”

“The property was very nice. Any issues we had were quickly resolved. The management company was fantastic!!A couple things to note. The property more faces the river outlet. Still a great beach but you don't get the large ocean waves and sea breeze. Saw a ton of dolphins and pelicans! So cool! The front door opens into the bedroom. Not a big deal but a little different...”
