“WiFi unavailable. Soap missing from bathroom. Food mediocre. Tub needs rubber mat due to slippery surface. This contributed to my fall in the tub. Very expensive for a 2 star stay!”

“The elevator is broke and has been since last October. Had to drag my cooler from the beach amoung other thimgs, up 2 flights of stairs. The TV had two remotes and initially was a challenge to operate. The person who checked us in didn't mention the broken elevator and didn't give any times for the breakfast. Just handed me the key card, stated the room number...and that was it.”

“There is no lake view in a room that said it was lake view. It was clean. The king-size bed was beyond terrible. It was like 2 twins pushed together with a very lumpy mattress topper. No closet. Very tiny room. The hand sink was in the bedroom. The house was built in 1883, if it had been haunted it might have been worth the $250. It was neither haunted or worth the $250. ”

“Hotel is somewhat outdated but they keep it clean. There is a need to perform some updates to support in possible liability issues and mold. Other items can be handled very easily (e.g. screwing in bathroom light bulb that is missing or burnt out. Cover to fan in bathroom. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were always busy with cleaning or filling items up. While I was in the entryway for a few hours, staff updated reading nook with a nice rug and installed water resevoirs in...

“First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away.
