“If ww were stayed at Fifth Floor I would give five stars but footfall noise is quite critical. I suggest a renewal with carpet instead of compact vynil tiles”

“The only hiccup I had with check in was that the link to pay the deposit didn’t work properly. With the check in location being other than the location of the room. Fortunately I was able to handle check in over the phone.”

“Nice quiet room. Don't get there after 8 or you'll have a problem getting in and registered. The doors are locked and no phone number to call for help. Luck for us , there were quests going in. No phone number to call the front desk either.”

“I would suggest having gravy, otherwise everything was great!”

“Upon check in I didn’t realize it was a gated parking lot, so I had to pay an extra $30 for 1 day of parking. They also charge a $50 deposit at check in as well. I already spent almost 200 a night to stay for one night so an extra $80 I wasn’t happy about. The beds also weren’t as comfy as they could have been but, other than that it was good! They had a really good selection for breakfast.”

“Guy at the front desk was rude. The room looked like an escape room, pretty terrifying or like a crime scene. Filthy bathrooms, filthy bedding with burn holes. Dangerous area with crack heads on the corner asking for money as your are trying to check in.”
