“Ottimo il personale della reception. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo del pernottamento e il bistrot non lo abbiamo visto spesso aperto. Camera con vista purtroppo ridipinta di recente, difficile ignorare l'odore… La struttura dispone anche di palestra e centro benessere, che però non abbiamo provato. Il parcheggio privato non è molto grande e la pendenza può creare qualche difficoltà nelle manovre, ma è possibile anche parcheggiare gratuitamente su strada. A breve distanza si trovano negozi,...

“Il posto é consigliato per chi vuole socializzare e ballare. Noi invece volevamo dormire tranquilli. Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che sotto alla nostra camera si teneva una festa di matrimonio, con musica altissima fino a notte fonda. Per fortuna eravamo talmente stanchi da addormentarci di sasso comunque. Camera non pulitissima ( moquette con macchie, un paio di ragnatele con ragni e soprattutto tazze per il the sporche). Personale gentile e disponibile.”

“The hotel is located in a quiet residential area on a waterfront. It was between Cardiff Bay (15-20 minute walk) and city centre (15 minute walk). The kitchenette was adequate to prepare/cook a simple meal. The breakfast was good with a range of food, including a cooked breakfast. We thought it was excellent value for money.”

“in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice.
