“Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting. “Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast was very good and there was a variety of options. There was an odd odor in the hallway one of the nights we were staying, but it was not in our room and did not affect our overall quality of stay.”

“This property and the cleanliness was horrible!!!!! upon arrival, there was a man fixing his car in the parking lot and another man wandering the parking lot. I went to check in and the room that was given to me looked nothing like the website, there was a blood stain on the floor and when i asked to see other rooms , they also were horrible and smelled like cigarettes, nothing like the pictures on the website!!!!!!!!! the SPANISH woman was very unhelpful and nasty.
