“I was so excited to stay at Vicki's place as it looks amazing. But I made a huge mistake when I booked it, as I was going to Portland, Maine and Vicki was in Portland, Oregon. I did not realize my error until I arrived in Portland, Maine. Vicki was so sweet and offered to refund the amount paid minus the fees and taxes that VRBO keeps. I hope to someone get to Portland and stay at her beautiful home.”

“Easy access and parking. House is spacious with sufficient bedroom area upstairs. Great kitchen area fully stocked with anything we could need. Highlights were the game room downstairs even though the pool table needs balancing. Also the hot tub was awesome at night particularly, try the lights and the water features. House was not stocked with bar soap, or shampoo/conditioner. We barely had sufficient toilet paper and no Kleenex for our stay and when we alerted the owner, he shared he would...

“We enjoyed our stay at this home. Our host, Bao, got back to me quickly and made our check in process easy. The home is nice and stocked with everything we needed. There's even a lovely gas fireplace. The living/dining area is very small but worked fine for us (5 adults and a 3yo) Very convenient location for shopping and restaurants. The only downside to this area is lack of street parking. We came up in 2 cars. One car parked in the driveway but we had to park the other car about a block away....

“The condo was in a great location - easy walk to restaurants, down town and walking trails. The lake is really an oversized pond, but it calm, relaxing and fun of ducks. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall this was a very nice place but the one problem was the bed. It was way too soft and after 3 nights I had to put couch cushions on the floor to sleep the last 2 nights. My sore back recovered then but sleeping in my clothes on the floor was not part of the deal.”

“The apartment was in the basement of the home. It was clean and well appointed. My only issue is my wife and I are tall...6'3 and 5'10. A shorter person would not have to dodge the support beams...LOL! Other than that and not seeing the cats it was a very comfortable stay.”

“My family enjoyed the stay, the owner was very prompt in adding a travel crib for me. He went out of his way to bring it over extremely quickly after i inquired about it. The rental is setup as a duplex, and the two units do bring some unknowns. My family enjoyed the natural light from the windows and the large kitchen area. We did find the single couch too small for our family of four and we missed not having a kitchen table to eat at.”

“Nice spot in historic Irvington neighborhood with bus stop, coffee shops, restaurants, and brew pubs all within walking distance. Mark was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Apartment was clean and comfortable with more than enough natural light. Washer/dryer was nice to have, too. Would not hesitate to stay here again.”
