Hotel vicino a Portland City Park - Portland

“Be advised, there is no coffee makers in the room anymore (which is advertised on the website). They took them out and have 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Room was ok, bed was comfortable. I was told breakfast was at 6am, so I planned my departure around that (I had a long drive yet, and planned to leave immediatly after a quick bite to eat). After waiting until 6:15 (with numerous other people in the dining room waiting) I went to desk and asked, and was told it was at 7am (was a Saturday) today....

“I have always found this hotel to be clean, with comfortable beds, so this experience was particularly disappointing. Late at night, the fire alarm in my room began going off intermittently, repeatedly disturbing my sleep. I called the front desk and was told there was no maintenance staff on site, but they could move me to another room. However, they could not bring me the key, so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to retrieve it. By the time I switched rooms, I was wide awake after...

“Would stay again.”

“Great”

“Great breakfast and clean”

“Clean, courteous and professional.”

“The usb ports and electrical plugs next to the bed did not work.”

“The ceiling in the bathroom was falling down, the rod in the shower was broken, there was holes in the carpet, and on the table legs there was dried food. This room could use some help.”

“The toilet was broken there was a full break at the base of the toilet every tile in the bathroom was broken 2 of my pillows were stained the stand with the tv had a crushed front panel and I have a feeling they were coming in and out of our room even with the do not disturb I asked for a new towel since I had to clean up the leak the toilet had and they were very hesitant would not recommend pay a bit more and stay in the hotels behind it”

“Very nice property. Area was safe and walkable. Staff was all very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many great options! Coffeemakers were removed from the rooms with coffee available in the lobby 24/7. However you could still get a coffeemaker from the front desk if you preferred. Would def stay again.”
