Our homes are equipped with a starter supply of household and bathroom items including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These supplies are intended to get your stay off to an easy start, but we do not restock items during a guest’s stay. If something is missing upon your arrival, we are happy to remedy that though!

Dispose of food waste promptly. 9 - Items left behind can be shipped to you at the cost of shipping + a $30 processing fee. 10 - Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee. 11 - Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine.
