Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Great location and central to walk to grocery store, restaurants/shopping on Belmont and Hawthorne! House was clean with dedicated parking. House was beautiful and comfortable. Well appointed kitchen, nice backyard patio. Only complaint (albeit small) was that we didn't realize from the listing that there were not 2 real beds even though listing had property with 2 bedrooms. Just fyi, one bedroom had a real bed, 2nd bedroom had a sofa with pull-out bed, living room sofa is also a pull-out bed. We really enjoyed our time in Portland, thank you for having us!
