cozy townhouse in a chill Portland co-housing community - sauna, hot tub

Our home is one of 23 in a "cottage cluster" called Cully Green, built in 2020. It has full kitchen, laundry, etc., of its own, but you'd also have access to the community's common house (with projector screen, games, workout equipment, toys, and a come-if-you-want Monday-night potluck), sauna, hot-soak tub, firepit, and outdoor play structure.

All 23 homes are owner-occupied by people of many ages and household types; about half of homes have kids under 15, about a third are retired singles and couples, and some people also have a roommate. If you just want a good place to stay in a fairly quiet part of town, that's great; if you'd like to learn more about co-housing by doing some of the social activities and using the shared amenities, that's great too.
