🚲 Biking — Check current BIKETOWN bike-share locations in the area. Portland's bike lanes make cycling a great option for exploring nearby neighborhoods.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking is unreserved; read posted restrictions. Do not park directly in front of the building Monday–Friday, 7 AM–6 PM. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) pickup times vary.

These townhouses share walls, and the property is nestled near a freeway. While the newer windows keep things relatively quiet inside, some urban noise may be audible at times.



🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
