All you have to do is step outside this apartment and you are STEPS to some of Portland’s best dining, drinking and shopping!
Getting Around: Walk Score of 95! Ditch the car! With this apartment’s close proximity to everything, you won’t need one.

As long as they are working within their permitted timeframe, there is nothing we are able to do about this. --We apologize in advance, but we are firm on our check in and check out times. Unlike hotels we have nowhere to put you while we clean/maintain the property. Please don't ask - we hate having to say no! :) -- This private flat is NOT wheelchair accessible -- This house has one full bedroom and one pull-out sofa -- No smoking in the apartment, please. -- Commercial video and photo shoots are strictly forbidden without prior and authorized consent. Associated day-rate fees, liability waivers and copyright contracts will apply if consent is given. Please note photo shoots done without prior consent face penalties of up to $1,000 a day. -- We have a three-night minimum on the weekends. -- Please take all perishable items with you. They beckon bugs and critters! -- Spring and summer is sugar ant season in Portland - please do not leave food on the counters for long! -- Portland recycles! And we compost, too! Upon departure, please sort through your recyclables (blue bin), compost (green bin), trash (grey bin) and glass (yellow bin) items accordingly. -- No guest-packages are to be delivered to the house. If you have a package delivered anyway, please note we are not responsible for the well-being of your package, nor are we available to help you track it down. Amazon Locker is a great way to have packages safely delivered!
