Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.



You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.



Getting Around:

This prime location offers a variety of convenient transportation options to help you explore the city with ease. Neighbors

So apparently there’s a guy who lives next door who hates the fact that he sold this property. He will barge in and tell everyone to be quiet at 8pm. He should have gotten arrested but I didn’t want to ruin the evening. Tried calling the property managers and heard nothing.
