Additional Information

Access to the unit includes a 5 minute walk from the parking lot, across the footbridge, and down a ramp to the dock. Follow the dock pathway to the left, past the other floating homes to the very end. Turn left and access UNIT 32A on the left.

DO NOT TRY TO ENTER UNIT 32 ON THE MAIN PATHWAY! Continue past UNIT 32 entrance for 10 feet, and turn left. Entrance is 15 feet on the left for UNIT 32A. Use keypad code (provided on day of check-in) to enter the premises.

Please carefully mind children and pets while on dock pathways, decks, stairway to and whilst upon rooftop deck.

Guests have shared use with the sister unit of the rooftop deck, accessible by stairway and roof hatch. Each unit has an individual access hatch. Your rental includes s use of the hot tub deck furniture, BBQ Grill, lounge chairs, and gas fire pit. Rooftop deck is reservable for private events by either unit. Unless reserved in advance, rooftop is shared between the units.

Bedrooms and full bath are on the entry level. Living area and kitchen are on the second floor with deck. Staircase adjacent to kitchen leads to rooftop hatch/deck.

Again, please mind children and pets on rooftop, decks, and pathways.

2 person kayak available at lessee's risk. Owner assumes no liability. Use caution, wear a life vest, and beware of river conditions, debris, other vessels, and water temperature (cold!!!). Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Inexperienced seafarers use extra caution.
