You’re staying in one of Portland’s most iconic neighborhoods: Mississippi Ave. Nearby, you’ll find boutiques, breweries, music venues, and some of the best eats in the city — including Lovely’s Fifty Fifty and ¿Por Qué No?, with Eem on nearby Williams Ave. Expect a mix of locals and visitors strolling the street, biking past colorful murals, or catching a live show at Mississippi Studios. It’s central and buzzing with creative energy.



Getting Around:

🚶 Walking — Mississippi Avenue is one of Portland's liveliest strips, packed with restaurants, bars, music venues, and unique shops — all within walking distance.



🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 4 (Fessenden/Woodstock) runs along Williams and Vancouver avenues with service toward downtown. Check TriMet for current stops and schedules.



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network offers another way to explore.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
