Other Things to Note:

My building has been fully cosmetically remodeled but the bones are still old. Although there are mini-splits, the place may still struggle to hold to a perfect temperature in more extreme weather. The walls/ceilings can also be pretty thin so please keep in mind that there will be guests in other units during your stay! This listing is part of a 5-plex building that has access to a shared, coin-op laundry room in the basement.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must leave the property completely.

We're available by message anytime and typically respond within minutes. We're local to Portland and happy to help with anything - from restaurant recommendations to a quick answer at midnight when you can't find something. We keep a hands-off approach unless you need us, and when you do, we're right there.
