This newly built tiny log cabin combines rustic charm with modern comfort. Thoughtfully designed, it makes the most of every detail to create a stylish and functional retreat.

• Main Level – Bright and efficient with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living area.

• Design Details – Refinished hardwood floors, warm wood accents, and modern fixtures create a welcoming vibe.

Our charming home is nestled in the idyllic Division/Clinton district, also known as the Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood on local maps. Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.



You'll be steps away from some of Portland's finest restaurants, eclectic shopping, and convenient grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.



Getting Around:

With a Walk Score of 92 and Bike Score of 100, exploring the neighborhood is a breeze—cafes, restaurants, shops, and parks are all nearby. Bike lanes and BIKETOWN rentals make cycling easy, while TriMet bus lines (#75 and #19) and the MAX Light Rail provide quick access to downtown and beyond. Rideshare and taxis are readily available. This tiny home is located in the backyard of a main house, where there are also two other tiny homes. Each unit is fully private with its own entrance, but the backyard setting means you may see other guests coming and going.

Left after a night

I wanted to like this place as it’s 3 blocks from a close friend’s house. They kindly put a desk in for me to work at. I left after the first night. I believe there’s mold in the bathroom due to an incorrectly installed shower pan. I woke up after my first night with a migraine and feeling nauseous and left immediately to go stay in a hotel. I was given the incorrect lockbox code at check in and had to call.
