“Bad points first ,shower head retainer loose could not use the shower without having to hold it,bath very high to get in ,no safety grab handles,restricted access.Bed mattress looked new but was most uncomfortable as it had formed a central hump and recess on either side causing persons to roll out of hence sleep was deprived,not good. Good points : Food was great well cooked , excellent choices on cereal ,fruit preserves, yoghurts ,juices etc,the catering ladies were welcoming,polite,...
