“The staff were very nice and helpful. The main areas of the hotel are pleasant and the hotel was clearly once a very grand building. The superior double room we had was a bit tired but the main problem was the heat. It was facing the afternoon sun and it had been a hot day. No attempt had been made to draw the curtains to keep the heat out so as a result the room was absolutely stifling. The window would only open about 2 inches so no fresh air could get in overnight. “Das Hotel hat wirklich eine gute Lage. Das Personal war nett. Aber der Zustand der Zimmer ist wirklich schlecht. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen und viel Abnutzung. Leider war es auch nicht wirklich sauber. Über das Frühstück müssen wir erst gar nicht sprechen. Einziger Pluspunkt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.”

“In realtà più che in albergo è una casa, in cui questi signori molto cortesi affittano le stanze. La camera a quattro letti, e meno male dato che il primo aveva le molle che uscivano dal materasso… il bagno piccolo ma pulito. Si parcheggia comodamente in strada a pochi passi. ”
