“The hotel was horrible. Toilet was broken and corroded. Hotel locks wouldn’t work. Has to switch rooms and the front desk clerk was never at the desk. Washer machines wete rusted and broken. Don’t waste your money and time.”

“The property was dirty… under the bed had trash, the blinds were coated in dirt, the bathroom definitely needs upgraded as well. The shower dripped the entire time.”

“Didn't like anything about the hotel, No amenities bed was a futon mattress was terrible sunk in on one side, stains on shower curtains. When I asked for clean towels and face cloths the face cloths even after washing still had dark stains from the many uses over time. Would likely never stay there again. And would not recommend to anyone.”

“Definitely thought it was going to be bad but was happily surprised. The room was really clean and bath. No weird smells. AC was amazing. Staff was direct and helpful. The hotel is located in a great spot close to the pier and food spots.”

“I asked a room that don't need to use the stairs because of my walking difficulties when I book this hotel but they don't give that. They only clean our room after we checked in. We wait for so long to clean our room. There's a lot of bed bugs. I got a lot of bed bugs bite. Don't stay at this hotel.”

“Booked a double bed queen, paid extra for that and when came to get the keys, the staff said they were overbooked and couldn’t provide the double beds. Had to sleep in different rooms, as well as the property itself was very poorly maintained with all the amenities lacking or not in good condition.”
