“Lovely heritage hotel and endearing staff who made you feel at home. The Harbor View is a bit of a misnomer as the harbor has been eclipsed by a transportation hub, so the main view is of a bus station. Harbor View rooms are at the front of the hotel, which is also the sunny side, so get very warm on nice days and the hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms ( only common areas). Breakfast was excellent.”

“The hotel had only just opened from being reserved and it was lovely. When we arrived the receptionist kim was very friendly and helpful and told us we had been upgraded. The room was very big with a lovely modern bathroom.We ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. I had also already booked another stay in another hotel in the same road for June, which turned out to be the part of the same hotel and where we stayed. They aso own the pub opposite which had been redecorated recently...
