Inn a Portsmouth

“I rented the King suite while on a road trip expecting it to be a restful stop. We got in around 1 AM to a very dirty room in disrepair. We decided to stay anyway because it was so late, and we had an 11 AM checkout. At 8:50 AM a lady banged on the door, repeatedly, completely ignoring the do not disturb sign. She would not stop until I went to the door to speak with her. She wanted to come into our room and put boxes of furniture in the suite while we were sleeping. When I told her that we were...

“The staff was nice and it was a place to stay for one night, but the cleanliness was questionable. The sheets and bedding might have just been stained.”

“It was a very busy weekend and we stayed for one night only. The air conditioning in our room did not work properly overnight and it was very difficult to sleep due to the heat. The bathroom in the hotel could definitely have been much cleaner.”

“The stay started out good. The staff was great. When we got there I looked under sheet and it seemed fine. During the night we started itching. When we got up there was a big bed bug on the top of the cover. We told staff and they said they would handle it and shut the room down to treat. Left out of their paranoid, we have been lucky to never stay at a room with them until now.”
