Casa Perla is a graceful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Perla you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Perla is 75 square meters (810 square feet)
Try to imagine a wonderful terrace just in front to the sea of Positano on a comfortable chair under the summer sun with your favourite book and a cup of the finest italian red wine or whatever you like.Alone, with a good friend or with the sweetiest side of your heart, it doesn't matter.
Casa Perla is a graceful independent house which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps three people. From Casa Perla you will enjoy a characteristic view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Perla is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be at a short distance from the center of Positano, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the stop for the local bus and the SITA bus a few meters (feet) away and the closest beaches (Fornillo Beach and main beach) at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile). You will reach Casa Perla from the street level without having to climb any steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Perla. If you do have one, you will be able to park it nearby, for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Living Room
The living room is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming. The furnishings include two sofas. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television Sky TV - 3D TV -Netflix TV and movies on demand DVD player and a CD player. The room has two porthole windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Mezzanine Level

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. Is paved with handmade tiles with inlaid designs, in the characteristic style of the Amalfi Coast.Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), and sofa bed.The ceiling is vaulted and has an height of 1.90 meters (6.2 feet). The mezzanine has a small window with a view of the sea. In this room you will find a TV SAT television and air conditioned

Kitchen

you will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and other small appliances. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline.

Bedroom

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a Satellite Sky TV - 3D TV -Netflix TV and movies on demand From the bedroom you will be able to enter the balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find an iron and an ironing board,and washing machine.

Bathroom

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a porthole window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room

I inform you that from this year 2018 for your stays in Positano the town hall will apply the tourist tax of € 1.50 per day per person from 04/01/18 to 10/31/18 .Kindly in cash when we meet in Positano

No smoking is permitted inside the flat, but you can do so outside in the terrace.Please at the end of your stay, please don't forget to leave your comment.

At check in please have a ready a photocopy of the first page of the passport where the photograph and passport number are shown.
each member of the party European union citizen may also provide a photocopy of a valid ID document .Please give the photocopies to the owner.
Owners are required by law to register their guests with the local authorities and in order to do so will need the information in your documents.There is no obligation to provide a copy, but without one the owners might have to collect the documents to return them later,which might be inconvenient

Use air conditioners only in the hottest hours of the day and only in cases of real necessity.

A good method to relieve heat without cooling too much the environment is to use the dehumidifier function

If you do not comply with these rules all excess current will be charged extra
as you know casa perla is a private home rather than a tourist structure.It reflects,in itsarchitecture and furnishing,the local traditions and the personal taste of the owner.Most importantly,it is quite different from accomodations that you might find in your country,and this difference is usually what our guests look for.
As casa perla is not hotel,you have a responsability to yourself and those with you to follow.
a question that we get asked al lot is " where do we put our garbage"
plastic and glass are recycled separately,but this no problem
put the rubbish out the gate on the road at night the owner will take it



The apartment is located in the area Chiesa Nuova.
Near the house you find grocery shop,fruit shop,tobacco shop,bar,restaurants,post office,police,town hall,fish shop.
If you reach Casa Perla with bus sita you must to get off near the bar Internazionale.
After the grocery store and the post office,there is my home N 115.The road is called Via GUGLIELMO MARCONI.
If you arrive by car you can stop near the RESTAURANT C'ERA UNA VOLTA.
Please rent a small car, 'cause the streets are very narrow a Positano.The price of parking in Positano is 9-10 EUR each hour.Casa Perla has an agreement with the parking Anna to EUR 30 per night.The car is withdrawn and returned near the house
